Description

Behold, the visage of Splotch. The tattered remnants of their scarf now hover above the desolate ground, an eerie indication of a Multiverse teetering on the brink of irreparable ruin. The very fabric of reality distorts, manifesting towering spires as the essence of magic wanes, which used to provide the gravity is such planes. Unable to replenish itself amidst the overwhelming forces of the ongoing conflict. Even the impervious border of this Multiverse exhibits signs of decay, shattered remnants of once invincibility. The decay in these worlds is caused this time by two opposing factions: The Forever Drained and The Eternal Promise. Witnessing the Decreasing populace and the dwindling vitality of their universes, both factions sought power to avert an impending disaster. However, their conflicting ideologies tore them apart. The Forever Drained sought to submerge the world in negativity, while the Eternal Promise endeavoured to restore positivity.

Their clash for dominance resulted in each strike further depleting the already scarce code that governed the Multiverse, leaving even less for the vital functions and less significant realms within its expanse. And in their quest for victory, both teams embarked with the construction of portals, unbeknownst to each other. The Forever Drained forged The Cascade, while the Eternal Promise birthed The Potential. Despite their vast separation, spanning thousands of Universal Distances, the fourth-dimensional space between these portals began to collapse, amalgamating their energies. The resulting cataclysm unleashed waves of gravity, energy, and magic, rending land and sky, shattering the very universal code. Only fragments of a existence remained after that day.

Amidst this turmoil, Splotch remained detached. Completely uninvolved in the catastrophic event. However, many of what were once friends now harbor a growing resentment towards Splotch's perceived inaction. As we can see, Splotch possesses a stolen book, its acquisition leaving a prominent scar that divides their white pupil in half. The effort exerted to obtain this book was not without reason, for it unveil a revelation that was once mere theory—a confirmation of other Multiverses beyond, inhabited and controlled by his and the God of Destruction's counterparts, Ink Sans and Error Sans, still using his own older name. This alternate Multiverse shares certain plot points with Splotch's own, while diverging in critical ways. Yet, a crucial distinction lies in the timing of Splotch's own Multiverse's creation, a delay that allows Splotch to see the future plot of the book. By reading the book, Splotch glimpses a dark future for their home Multiverse. However, they understand that no matter how they warn, their world has passed the point of no return, beyond the reach of their own efforts or even the gods of gods they realised had existed. Splotch harbors the knowledge that their days, as well as those of the entire Multiverse, are numbered, yearning for the emergence of something new from the ashes of devastation. Alas, the consequences of this yearning shall prove very bitter indeed.

Regardless of that, scars adorning Splotch's eyes have grown in size and number, burn marks snaking across their body, each tear in their fabric revealing the vile ink writhing and twisting through the air. The cuts and lacerations upon their skeletal face have multiplied. Their mind remains clouded by the remnants of the dark vial, rendering rational thought and critical reasoning arduous tasks. Even when abstaining from its use, the tainted vial has permeated Splotch's mouth and throat, forever coursing through their being. The vials, once brimming with hope and vitality, now stand near empty, a sombre reflection of the dwindling optimism within these final moments. Only the dark and putrid vial remains, it's insidious influence seeking to seize control over Splotch's mind with each passing day. Amidst the desolation, countless lives lay extinguished, their number reduced to a mere seventy-three survivors. If the god of creation were capable of experiencing emotions, sorrow and anguish would consume their essence. They would weep and cry for their lost friends, beseeching answers to the question of where everything went awry. The weight of culpability would descend upon them, acknowledging that none of this would have come to pass if the Glitchwar had never begun. Yet, bereft of emotions, Splotch must forge ahead, unyielding in the face of such thoughts that threaten to unravel their very existence. To succumb to such contemplation would surely hasten their demise, their destruction imminent.
