This took 10 hours to finish...I really like it.I think it's my best colored drawing.

Fantastic subject and idea! 
It's still a pretty big image; you should make it smaller for internet use (less than 1000 pixels wide would be more appropiate).
Now, for the rather mean sounding but serious critique
- The background. It's obvious you used a photoshop filter for the clouds, which makes the sky look very cheap. Better paint it yourself.
- The blurriness. You can indicate depth by making distant elements blurry - which you did when painting the worm's body in the background. But the worm's "face" and tongue are blurry also. The should have sharper edges.
- Use of light and shadow. There is a shadow on the worm, suggesting a light source from the left side - but the sky doesn't suit it. And what about the grass? It looks totally flat.
