I've taken a tour of your Vash cosplay pictures, and I must say, you perform the task very well, sir. 
Your cosplays as Vash give me a few ideas in my own creations. (I'm currently in the beta phase of creating a Wolfwood get-up. I'm actually making a life-size, fully motorized steel Cross Punisher, so hopefully one day, I can pull off a Wolfwood look as well as you pull off the Vash look.

Shooting a coat does seem a bit over the top to me too, I just cut the holes in mine xD but to each his/her own

Thanks. It may be heavy as hell (prototype weight: 105 lbs), but that just adds to the joke that practically no-one but Wolfwood can hold the damn thing. I'd more than likely just keep it wrapped in the bed sheet-cloth and make sure not to drop it on anyone's feet.

Oh my goodness! I have no idea why I'm laughing so hard but here I am at my lap top with a stupid grin on my face. Not only that but the costumes look great (absolutely love the missing glove fingers and the bullet holes at the bottom of that famous red coat).
