Not bad. My only crit would be that your left eye is too far down and makes your forehead look bigger than it is. I knoe it looke right if you look at it straight on, but tilt your head to the same angle as the image, and you'll see how its off. Your lip on the left side, while accented nicely, is too far out. The lips are pretty semetrical so the left side's length should match the right side.
