Description After getting some feedback on my last EPIC character sheet and rules-lite game, I took the ideas and suggestions and incorporated them into a new character sheet. EPIC v4 was a beta-playtest version (you didn't miss much).

The Things That Never Change
24 Hour RPG: All the rules were written, and the character sheet redesigned in a single 24-hour period, so it still fits the definition of a 24-hour RPG.
24 HOUR RPG is basically the budding and professional game designer's equivalent of a triathalon- You put your body, mind and spirit through some major punishment in a race against time, in this case to develop a full, working, playable role-playing game within a mere 24 hours with other peers. Like a triathalon, there's no "award" for winning; Rather the award is in itself to participate, test yourself, overcome the challenge at hand at your own pace and skill level, and share in the brief glory with your peers.
Rules-Lite: It still all fits on one page. The character sheet contains all the rules you need. Just print and go...

There are only three Ability score numbers you need to keep track of now! (We've come a long way since v1 which had the minimum tracked scores at 12 numbers!)

Less scores means more room!! v2 used a 6px font. v3 uses 9px, so it's much easier to read!!

Designed with Inkscape, GIMP, and Foxit PDF Editor (Adobe DRM got to be too much, so I switched)

Notable Changes
No need for dice rolling programs anymore. Instead of power level determining the number of sides a roll has, to make this version easier all rolls use d20, and the power level determines how many d20 you can roll max. You may roll as many dice as you like UP TO YOUR POWER LEVEL on a skill check... but beware, if you roll a 1 during the roll, you may fail the roll.

Abilities now have power levels, indicating how many d20's you can roll max (just like the Core Powers). You may roll as many dice as you like UP TO YOUR POWER LEVEL on a skill check... but beware, if you roll a 1 during the roll, you may fail the roll.

Max HP now determines how much HP each individual part (Head, Torso, Arms, and Legs) the body has. During v4 playtests, HP was consistently too low, so this made the HP 6x-higher and helped the players know exactly how damaged and where the character was.

New ways to die! If Torso HP or Head HP drops to 0, your character is unconscious/dead.

Armaments and Abilities replace Weapons. Every special skill, ability, and weapon is listed here, along with their power levels. If you work on leveling and using an ability, it may even get a special power and become Enhanced.

I finally got around to putting the E.P.I.C. name on the character sheet.

Used Foxit PDF Editor to turn this character sheet into a form that can be filled in digitally.
