yeah. but the thing is that we never get to see exactly what he does.
maybe in the sequal there will be more to the deaths.
(the developer has already confirmed a sequal)

Well, acording to the game over screen, he stuffs you in a costume. The difference is that while the
others come to you slowly not expecting you to run, Foxy somehow knows you will defend yourslef
so he strikes quickly... Which means he knows you aren't an endoskeleton
