Description
After discovering Starlight Express, I decided the one thing I really need to do is cosplay Rusty. And, as lovely as the Bochum costume is, there's no way in hell I can recreate it on my limited budget.So, I threw together a design I like that combines elements of the costume from various years/productions. (along with a bit of my own flair.) Hopefully, I'll have it done by Sakuracon!
