I've been working on a tool to generate color palettes for Gimp and Crocotile 3d.
This tool also works with Pixelorama. Unfortunately there is no GUI and everything is adjusted by modifying the C++ code, which has been written to be easy to understand.
The big benefit of this tool is really the HTML preview that is generated with each palette.
Currently untested on windows but should work. It works fine on linux. As for compiling; VS Code with C++ extension is what I have been using.
