Chapter 5: Framed!? On The Run!!
You and Tenma were walking to the hospital as usual. It was a beautiful day! Tenma was extremely happy today, and you could tell by his adorable grin on his face. However, the day would soon quickly turn to hell. Once the both of you arrived in, a tall, familiar man stood at the Nurse's desk. Once you got a closer look, you found that it was Inspector Lunge from the BKA.
"Well, hello Nurse _____."
Lunge stood tall in front of you and Tenma, moving his fingers of his right hand around as if he was typing something.
"Doctor Tenma.." He smirked.
"What is it? Nurse ____, and I are going to be very busy today. Come on,_______." You and Tenma walked off as Lunge smirked again.
"So..." Lunge thought. "The murder of Tenma's patient, the demotion.. The murder of the old hospital director, and then the recent killings of a few couples... Tenma and his nurse accomplice must be behind this..."
Lunge pulled out his Radio Scanner and called the local police. "Hello? This is Inspector Lunge from the BKA. I have found your suspect and accomplice for the murders. Please come to the hospital immediately."
"Who did it?" Another voice from the other side sounded.
"Doctor Kenzo Temma, and Nurse ______ as his accomplice."
"Be there right away!"
You overheard this and ran up to Tenma. "Tenma... We need to leave..."
"Why is that?"
"Lunge.. He called the cops on us!"
"What? Why?! We didn't do anything wrong!"
"Apparently we killed those people!"
"Damn.." He grabbed his and your things. "Let's go!"
"Right!"
You followed after.
----downstairs-----
A few cops started to file in and found Lunge waiting for them. You and Tenma peeked over from the corner of a hallway that is near-by and looked at each other.
"It's too dangerous for us to cross that way, we will have to proceed another way! Let's go, ______!" Tenma took your hand in his and pulled you along as the two of you ran towards two men who were going to drive an ambulance away.
"Hey? What's the rush, Doctor Tenma? What's up with you and this lovely nurse here?"
"We have to leave...We need a ride back to downtown, please."
"Alright. I can get you there."
The two medics dropped Tenma and you off at his small apartment and he started packing some of his things.
"Don't you have some stuff here?"
You blushed and nodded. "I do. Let me pack with yours if I may?"
"Of course you can!" He smiled at you.
You packed your things along with his and the both of you ran.

Darkness soon consumed the town.
You and Tenma could walk without being spotted immediately. He held your hand softly in his.
"Tenma..."
"Yes,_____?"
"I'm scared...."
"Why so?"
"We could get put away for something that we didn't even do... And maybe at that... Killed."
"Don't worry. I'll make sure the person who started this is dead."
"Are you sure you can do that, Kenzo..."
He blushed when you called him by his first name.
"I can... I want to protect other people out there.." He turned to face you completely. "Even you."
"T-Tenma..."
"I love you." He kissed you softly on the lips, shocking you. But, you too did realize that he was so kind to you... More that anyone.
"Tenma..." You thought, about ready to cry out of love
When his lips separated from yours, you found yourself, and Tenma too, to be blushing.
"_____..." He look at you, blushing.
"Kenzo...." You looked at him with a similar bodily response. You snuggled close to him as the two of you were now starting to walk in more of an urban part of town.
"______?"
"Yes,Kenzo?"
"You've treated me.. So much better than anyone ever has. Including my ex-fiancé."
"Eva?"
His expression turned sour at the mention of her name. "Yeah.. Her."
"I take it that you don't like her anymore."
"No. She hurt me beyond belief. But...
I'm glad that I have you." He kissed your forehead and Ruffled your hair.
"Thank you..."
