Okay so funny story how this character came to be. I was going to sketch a picture of Hideto Takarai, or the Japanese musician formally known as Hyde. However, as I was going to sketch him, it didn't really look right to me. However, I just decided to then sketch out a new OC, and that's how Vlad came to be. I still yet to have to develop a story for him, but I think he will be a russian mafia member and will have some sort of back story soon.. Stay tuned for more on him.
