Description
So here lies my first fanart pic, and the fandom this pic is about is Teen Titans. If you'd seen the episode "Nevermore", then you'd know what this peculiar place is. If you hadn't seen it, this is Raven's mind, a place where her imaginations and personified emotions occupy.
I was fascinated by this place not only because of these aforementioned personified emotions (called "emoticlones") who each had their own personalities, but also the things that were encountered, like those creepy birds and that labyrinth guarded by those living statues.
I also think this is where Raven would picture herself in whenever she meditates (judging from the beginning of the episode "Switched"), and that gave me the idea for this drawing. I wanted to depict the stark vastness of the space in her head in the background while Raven, alone and by herself, eases the balance within herself on the rocky road where one would walk in this mysterious mental realm.
DISCLAIMER: I do NOT own Raven nor the Teen Titans series. The character and the series both belong to Warner Bros. and DC Comics. I'm just a fan.

On a sadder and even scarier note. Guess who the four eyed statues where of? They were of Janus. Janus was the Monk of Azarath who wanted to kill Raven as a kid in the comics. Judging from the fact that there is a psychological imprint of him in Raven's mind, it's possible that in the show's' continuity, instead of trying to kill Raven as a baby, he possibly stayed around to abuse Raven.
