P.C.P.S. is a condition that causes a mildly sentient bone-like protrusion to grow from an individuals head, the cause of this is unknown and seems to be able to happen to anyone, at anytime. Although it will not cure the ailment, medications can be prescribed to stunt the growth of the protrusion and relieve the individual of certain symptoms caused by it. These symptoms are often the result of the way the protrusion grows into the individuals brain. The protrusion itself seems to possess a brain-like substance that can eventually spread through the brain and nervous system, this can cause extreme mood swings, insomnia, blackout states, and in some extreme cases hallucinations and complete loss of motor control. If left untreated the parasite can gain full control over the individual, which most often leads to the individual becoming euthanized due to the dangerous nature of the parasite when in full control of a human body.
