Description
alrighty, i'm on a roll. it's almost 2am, i have class at 10:30am and this is the last thing to upload...let's do this.oooookay!! so i finally decide to introduce this oc. this has to be longest oc of mine that's been in development. i created her back last summer 2014. you know how many times i've redesigned her?? THREE! yeah, this right here is the third and final redesign.
so short summary of how she became to be: this oc was originally named gayla stradford and was originally an oc for a super smash bros fanfic i had started over the summer. i uploaded the fic on ff. after that, i uploaded it on fanficoverflow and renamed her to makayla for some unknown reason as well as going through her first redesign. i was creating multiple outfits for her and that resulted in one in particular sticking to her and somehow became a 2nd redesign and stuck with it.
end of summary. now. i have decided to use makayla as my character for my design 1 final project. i decided to throw out any and all ssb content out from her and began the current redesign. i have decided to give her an original storyline altogether and this was the final redesign that i put together for her.
in all honesty, i love this redesign. i guess maybe it's because i took so much time and effort going through many clothing references and taking some advice from a few classmates and my design 1 professor really helped me out in this redesign. she began as some generic, possible mary sue-ish, oc for fanfiction and has now become her own original character. this process has been time consuming but it's been worth it so far and there's still stuff yet to be done with her.
i will upload a full detailed bio of her soon as well as the basic plot of the story i have for her. i plan on creating a comic for her but i am gonna need help. though for now, we'll cross that road when we get there.
