Description
This creature lurks in the shadows of my mind waiting to strike down the intruding light.I used poser 3 to create the model and then took it into photoshop where i spent about 12 hours texturing,blending and lighiting the piece.

I love this though, she/it has a great pose, beautiful angle, i love the camera view of her, its great. But i have such a simple problem with it, the tubes/piping coming from her head/neck area seem to be coming to much into/onto the right breast which i don't like, unless of course she is transparent in her chest well then i'd understand. The tubing should be more centered and you should see it more on a raised side angle, well i see it more that way as how it should look in my mind.,
For this simple reason i'm not adding it to my favourites, but like you care, this is already in daily favs and has 55 favs +.
you should have smoothed out the background as well, like the gradient you used, i can see the swells of colour change, i mean it's only just, but point is i can see them. minor problem along with the piping.

The light effects look really really good....
the ball of light in the hand looks amazing...
The textures on the thumbnail look nil...but then blowing it up makes you realize just how much work you really put into this...
The breasts melded with the alien/machine theme look totally original...

Damn, that's cool. The thumbnail looks absolutely nothing like it. ^_^;; I was wondering "why the hell is this in the DTFs?".. I can honestly say this is the best thing you've ever made. Maybe you should stick with this type of art. IMO. Nice work. I gave it my usual over critical eye and everything looks pretty sound. Cheers.

I rilly like the hand and fore arm, I like other select parts too (the face, etc) but I think they are almost a homulogous of styles and detract from one another.

What strikes me is that there aren't any shadows from the light source in her hand. Her body is lightened from the front, but there's a strong light source from the left ?!
