With regards to mature content, I usually go by a rule of thumb, if it has nudity, then it is marked mature. When something like a fetish, or something scandalous that isn't explicitly sexual comes up, I don't generally mark it as mature. Everyone has their own opinion on it. You're most certainly entitled to yours.
