This is just something I decided to grab while watching the series finale of Code Lyoko: Echoes. It's the last Eye of XANA in existance, and can be found above the Lyoko Supercomputer. And in my opinion, the glowing lines are a sign that XANA's not comepletely destroyed.EDIT: Took a full screencap!

In the Tron Legacy/Code Lyoko crossover I'm helping to create, the nasty AI used his pet squid to survive being comepletely erased (the program was aleready eating away at him), by shoving a bit of his code into it, then hiding somewhere in the Sea, and putting it into hibernation. Since the Scyphozoa was inactive, the program ignored it.
