I'm drawing some thigns for my friend and his superhero story, R-Wolf and Bonerush, and so I decided to redraw Rad since the first and only other drawing I did of him isn't that good.

Just a bit of info:

John Reiner (Name may change later) was part of a small public security company, pretty much guns-for-hire. When he and other men were hired to guard an unknown convoy anonymously, their questions were simply answered with the large sum of cash reward for the job. John and the others were still wary, but decided to take it. Unfortunately, their client was the terrorist group known as Skorpion (naturally bent on world domination). It was just a ruse, as the terrorists planned on testing an expiramental nuclear weapon on the convoy. One blast and the group was destroyed, only the cars at the front and back surviving, John being in front. However, surviving and avoiding are two different things, and the heavy radiation killed everyone. Everyone but John. His skin turned green and glowing, his hair was gone, and his face melted slightly, his head being the only part of his body that wasn't covered, and it deformed to resemble his skull.

John became radioactive, and gained such power from it. Electricity shoots out of him, like lightning, to whatever is nearest, typically to the ground around him. He has enough control to dampen his powers or increase them, more or less electricity coming from him to show how much he is using. He can control the electricity pretty well, able to shoot it in blasts and such. Rad is like a large battery or reactor, though more energy he uses, the more powerful he is. But he gets tired quickly. When he rests, it's like recharging. But this isn't always enough. He can also siphon power as well, all the way from small batteries to nuclear reactors. But if Rad consumes too much power, he could die, and rather violently. If Rad becomes unstable, he will go nuclear. His heart is like a reactor itself. If he gains too much power, or dies, his heart stopping, he will becoming a living bomb. If Rad isn't able to control his power, which would happen from death or too much power, it's kablooey.

Though Rad was an accident, Skorpion wouldn't let him go to waste. Taking him, they blamed the UNSF (United Nations Strike Force/ Good guys) upon his awakening, and said he should work for them. But Rad decided to use his new powers for profit at the same time, becoming a hired mercenary instead of an employee, which Skorpion accepted. They still got their new bioweapon...
