Description
Another Fallout character I came up with who can be found wandering the Wasteland. She is wearing a Stealth Cloak, which is based upon the same technology as Stealth Boys. Stealth Cloaks do not project an enveloping field however; only whatever is physically covered by the cloak itself is Cloaked.
She is a skilled sniper and the faded letters "CHAN" can be made out on her ill-fitting shirt. Little apart from that is known about her because she does not speak.
