I made this prop for a friends upcoming cosplay shoot.Emblem made by:

I painted it myself, as I was going for a faded metal look.

I used the curved edge from this pattern so I didn't have to measure the size needed for the current model. I hand drew the outside edges (as you can see they're not perfect).
I used a belt for the strap (not the best idea, but saved me having to buy leather working tools this time around. The belt had the buckle I needed already on it, and was CHEAP.
I stressed the shoulder pad using a power sander to really tear into it.
This was my first time working with eva foam. I plan to make more props in the near future. This was fun to make.
