There just aren't enough Star Trek stamps on DA! About three Data ones, and a few generic 'Star Trek fan' stamps. Well, I thought I'd change that. ...then I went on a stamp-making spree and made a whole ton to fill the void.*fav's/comments are not required, really, I've gotten way more fav's on these stamps than I ever thought I'd get >.>*
Because Q is awesome. I was going to make another one for him, but just didn't get around to it. Mostly because I couldn't find a good enough picture besides this one >.< This is a quote from when Picard died and Q showed up and helped Picard realize that he shouldn't regret his past and such. -doesn't feel like giving a decent description of the episode-

That was one of the things Q said to Janeway to try and convince her, hence the quotation marks and italicization. 'Course, one would think anything more than an hour would be closer to torture than foreplay.

Enterprise just wasn't very good. The plot with the Xindi (or however you spell it) was pretty good, but then after that it sucked again. They should have picked up after Voyager rather than gone backwards like that.

I could never really get into the Original Series for some reason. Voyager was the first Star Trek I ever watched, and that was around when I was in third grade (possibly even started watching when I was in second) so anything that came before was a little hard for me to get used to

Oh man, I'm so jealous! I got to meet a couple of the actors from Voyager when I was pretty little at the Star Trek Experience, but I'd love to go meet the guy who played Q. I haven't gone to a Star Trek/Sci Fi convention in a long time...

-thinks- Yeah, I got to meet those two too! Weird O.o I got my picture with Ethan Phillips, and I can't remember if I got one with the Doctor or not. I was about 7 at the time and I just remember that Neelix was totally my favorite character and seeing him out of costume was really weird for me XD I don't think I've actually met anyone else from Star Trek (can't remember...me and my dad went to a lot of conventions back when I was in elementary school, but not so much lately) but I remember going to see some of them on stage at the conventions. The guy who plays Tuvok, at least, can't remember who else.
Heh, I read your journal. I've never had someone tell me to get a life because I like Star Trek (probably because I never have enough time or devotion to put together a costume or anything like that) but people tell me that Star Wars is better a lot. I hate that. I'll bet most of them have never even sat through a whole episode of Star Trek before.
I was REALLY obsessed with Stargate for a while, and I made my brother miss school just so we could all go up to California so I could go to a convention XD They weren't coming to Vegas for some reason. But I dressed up (kinda) for that, and I got to meet three of the actors. I was so happy XD I don't know if you watch Stargate or not...I'm just a scifi geek 8D I CAN'T PICK JUST ONE SHOW! ;-; Star Trek, Stargate, Doctor Who...
