Words:I used to write poems everyday.
Maybe ten or more in a sitting.
Why has it been lately that I can't
Think of anything to write?
Maybe it's because I'm not going
Through some kind of heartbreak.
Maybe it's because I'm not going
Through new love and adoration.
Maybe it's because I'm not going
Through unmeasurable amounts of
Hot and filthy lust.
Maybe it's becaise I'm going through
A time where everthing is at a stand-still.
No heartbreak, love, or lust.
Just us two together, at a perfect
Space where we can just think. Yes,
We do fight, and yes, we do have our
Moments of bliss hundreds of miles apart.
Is that why I'm at a loss for words?
Or is it because I don't want to express
My true feelings?
