Through life you travel so far to different places,
Make friends, meet people, and see new faces.
Some long lasting, others disappear,
You think, how many of them will last as the end of life draws near.

You pray for them, some pray for you,
Hoping that these friendships prove to be true.
Having a good time, joking and smiling,
Something fun, to do outside under the clear sky and sun.

As the day comes to an end, we say our goodbyes,
Oh, how we wish this day could last longer,
So that our friendship could grow, and become stronger.
But sadly this isn't the case.
We must rest ourselves for the next day,
Maybe tomorrow will come with more time to stay.

Farewell my very good friend,
For tomorrow may we meet again.
Not growing apart like many have accustom...
