Description Thane grinned, creeping into the shadows before the steps got closer. "B-Brett?" Druid said, peeking his head out of the doorway, still avoiding the sun. Brett was running up through the gravestones, his face twisted in a wince from the burning. Druid stood up, retreating back into the mausoleum. "Druid, I'm sorry..." Brett huffed, reaching the door and trotting inside, the shadows cooling his flesh. "Apology accepted!" Druid yelled, laughing. He heard Thane smirk. "Who's he?" Brett asked, clearly seeing the dark haired boy. Thane stepped out, grinning, his dark hair shining an iridescent blue. "Oh, that's Thane." Druid said, "Thane, this is Brett." he smiled lightly. "O-ho yes... I know." Thane took a deep inhale, tasting the air around Brett with a smirk. "Rare." he said, laughing mockingly. Brett shuddered, before hearing a crunching outside. He glanced out, surprised at what he saw. It was the girl from the bus, she seemed flustered, with a heavy pink jacket and jeans. Her blonde hair fell around her shoulders with a wavy kind of way. Brett frowned. "What is she doing here?" he heard Druid hiss, clearly frustrated. "I don't know..." Brett said, slightly angered that someone was here at his safe haven. But, what could he expect. It was a cemetery. Brett walked casually out towards her, ignoring the light. The girl turned, noticing him with an expression a relief and smiled, waving. Brett could see her fingers quiver. "Hi, Brett!" she said excitedly, sighing deeply with a flirty roll of her eyes. "I have been looking everywhere for you!" she exclaimed, poking his chest sharply. "Er, who are you, again?" Brett asked, feeling awkward and angry. "Brett! How could you forget me!?" she said, puffing out her bottom lip in fake hurt. "I dunno..." Brett murmured, wincing at her loud, annoying voice. "I'm Sabrina, silly!" she cried, shoving him roughly. "Oh... Sabrina." Brett mumbled, remembering her immediately. He had a crush on her in second grade. "It's been so long!" she shrieked, throwing her arms around him. "I'm surprised you didn't recognize me on the bus, but you were with that goth kid." she rolled her eyes again, flicking her hair in a prissy way. Brett could have bitten her. "He's not goth..." he hissed, frowning darkly. "Details, details, whatever, anyway, you should totally come to my house to study! What do you say?" she asked, twisting her hair in her fingers. "Uhm..." Brett glanced back, seeing Thane laughing, about how Brett was "getting some". Druid only watched. Sabrina smiled, watching the two boys behind Brett. Brett sighed deeply with regret. "O-okay... I g-guess so..." he murmured, placing his hands in his pockets, the cool in them feeling good on his hands. "C'mon then!" she cried, dragging his out of the cemetery and down the street. Brett looked back, seeing the expression on Druid's face making him feel horrible. Moments later, after running after Sabrina, they arrived at a large house. "Come on, Brett!" she said, opening the door with a jingle of her keys. "My mom is in the kitchen, so we should be undisturbed. Brett shrugged, "Er, okay." he murmured, as Sabrina led him upstairs. She opened the door to a pink, frilly solitude full of posters. One Direction, Justin Beiber, Carley Rae Jepson, all those dumb bands. "O-oh, I don't listen to this anymore. I like stuff like uh..." Sabrina said, obviously trying to impress Brett. "I-I listen to Slipknot and uh... The Beatles?" she said, ending in a laugh. Brett smirked slightly at her stupidity. She trotted over to a shelf, pulling out an Algebra book. Brett rolled his eyes as she purposely dropped it, bending over. "Whoops" she muttered, a giggle coming from her. "Come on, let's get started" she said, leading Brett to sit on the bed. She removed her jacket, revealing a frilled pink top with the shoulders showing. Brett sighed, "Number one..." he murmured, glancing up at Sabrina from the book. "Come on Brett... You really don't wanna study, do you?" Sabrina grinned. "No..."
