Was supposed to be for *VengefulSpirits and =Little-Wolf-Kid 's Team Rocket comic. Though, I couldn't get the comic portion done, due to lack of time and art block. Theres no way I can get it in by tomorrow. Oh well.Anyway, new pokemon OC, Hiroki the clone Charmander :3
Probs won't use him much, though..
