Anyways, real spoilers here: (The temple gifts can change her stats as a spirit defender, so they can change her form as well. Plus she's still alive out of game, and is effectively 'playing' a spirit for the player, so she's actually eating the food and could bring it to the FE break room in the Nintendo character office)

Hah! That actually does make perfect sense, though! Though, in a sense, Lilith might be doing Robin, Lucina, and Corrin a favor, by keeping the number of food they eat low. On the other hand, I don't think Robin may ever get to sample Nohrian and Hoshidan cuisine. Not with Lilith around.
