I never really questioned it before, but some spirits in Smash Ultimate are exclusive to the Spirit Board and shops. But beyond game mechanics, where WERE these characters and items when they got turned into spirits by Galeem's beam? If they were on the World of Light they would've either ended up in there or in the World of Darkness, but instead they're being treated like bounties and products...?Smash Bros Ultimate results screen by JuleHyrule, unfortunately I do not remember the source of the Oshawott model (the model file's info is in japanese so MMD wasn't able to translate it).
