^.- That's pretty interesting. Cool conceptage. Perhaps a little extra shading around the hole would help make it seem more 3d instead of just added.

Other than that suggestion, I say good work. ^.~

this is a very shocking image and poerful with it. i just have 2 suggestions; one, the positioning of the mesh isnt quite right and loks out of place to me - it might just be the angle of the face, but if u could adjust it so that it was more representitive it would b good, and two, get someone else to take the original photo - only a small thing, but it makes a diggerence - it just doesnt work with the intense gaze of the eyes, which are very beautiful. the skin tone is fantastic and works really well with the hair and clothes - great image and
