I'll be honest. I really wish Neo would join the group. She would bring a nice dynamic to the team, Neo would become the Vegeta of the group and possibly be a potential love interest to Jaune
BTW Jaune's carrying Neo because she injured her ankle when he found her fighting a whole pack of Grimm by herself, and Ruby does not approve of Neo hogging all of Jaune's attention as well as Neo being accepted by Jaune into the team
Also jealous Ruby would be funny to see XD
What do you guys think?

Hilarious, but if this was a serious plot thread- if Jaune actually wants Neo to join the team, as opposed to helping the wounded woman out of the goodness of his heart (which is one of his virtues)- the question, "Who's side is she on?" must be asked. I know she worked for Roman, but if Cinder (or Mercury or Emerald) was the one who introduced Neo to Roman, Jaune should suspect whether or not Neo is still loyal to her previous employer, either of her own free will, or not (brainwashing, hypnotism, and mind control to ensure Neo will remain loyal). We also must ask WHY Neo was working for Roman- "For money," means Jaune can simply BUY Neo's loyalty, but "I was in love with Roman," means Jaune must ask if Neo will try to take revenge against those she blames for Roman's death (Ruby Rose or Cinder).
If Jaune fails to ask those questions, then he's an idiot- him and all his friends will be potential Darwin Award winners if they don't get the answers.

During the Fall of Beacon, Torchwick expressed worry over Neo when she was kicked off the ship. It would imply they have a long history together. It's possible that she could be Torchwick's loyal employee... that he's her lover (doubt it... he wore a stupid fuckin fedora, so I doubt ANYONE is gonna lay his ass.)... or that she was someone he knew about for a long time and was his friend. It is possible she blames Ruby... for a while. However, let's see the facts: Who set up the Grimm attack? Who made the whole plot go along that led to the death of Roman? Ruby is just a girl who fought to save her friends...
Cinder set the whole plan in motion, knew the Grimm were dangerous, and knew they could not be controlled around Torchwick.Β
Ruby might have knocked her off, but Cinder pulled the trigger on the invasion.Β
For all we know, Torchwick and Neo could have just enjoyed pulling heists and what not... and Cinder took Torch away.Β
...I think Neo is pissed off.
