4. L's Section is more difficult and tends to loop more if you choose the wrong option.
5. There are different endings and different cut-scenes depending on which path you go; usually cut-scenes mean you're doing good/chose the right option so far

Say you see he likes sweets,then say you like them, then decline his offer, ask him his thoughts on Kira, say you think Kira is evil, say you hope Kira is caught soon, ask him if he knows Light, ask him to expand on it, ask why is that, ask if Light is working on the case too, ask who he is to suspect that, say you see, ask if there is any hard evidence, say Kira needs to be stopped, say you'll do your best...
