Description

Looking to expand their influence, the United Republic of Earth moves into the neighboring system and proceeds to set up a small colony on the desert world of Aurora. Initial drone surveillance led the humans to assume that the planet wasn’t occupied, but a mix of underground living and harsh sandstorms have hidden away the inhabitants that have lived on the planet for a long time. These natives, later dubbed “Deltan”, watched from the mountains in secret, passing word to the countless clans of these invaders and their massive machines; these giant humanoids, armed with only their swords, spears, and shields, will act cautiously and study these humans. First contact would not be made until a month after the first colony was established.
