الهدا في رحلة مع اخي سعود هلال

ويقع الهدا غرب مدينة الطائف، وترتفع عن سطح البحر حوالي 2000م. وتبعد عن الطائف حوالي 20كم، وهي منطقة جبلية تكسوها الخضرة على جبالها الشامخة، يربطها خط سريع عالمي مزدوج يؤدي إلى مكة المكرمة بطول 87 كيلاً عبر جبال طريق كرا، ويعتبر الهدا الإداري لؤلؤة المصايف شتاءً، لجمال جوها وعطر رذاذها المتساقط على جيدها بحبات لؤلؤ البرد، ولها خطوط سريعة دائرية كما يوجد بها عدة منتزهات وملاهي وألعاب كهربائية يقصدها كثير من الزائرين والمصطافين من داخل المملكة.وتبلغ مساحة الهدا بحوالي 207كم٢

كما يتبع الهدا حوالي 44 قرية، وتمتاز منطقة الهدا بخصائصها السياحية المميزة لكونها تقع على الحافة الغربية لمرتفعات الحجاز، وتطل بصورة مباشرة على سهول تهامة بارتفاع يزيد عن ألفي متر فوق سطح البحر، وهي بذلك تتمتع بمناخ معتدل وطبيعة جبلية مميزة، مما أدى إلى جذب الاهتمام نحو التنمية السياحية بالمنطقة بإقامة المنتجعات السياحية والفنادق والشقق المفروشة(الإيواء السياحي) قد أدى إلى تطورها ونموها كمنتجع سياحي، حيث تتمتع المنطقة بجمال طبيعي كبير مميز وهواء معتدل خلال فصل الصيف، كما يوجد بها اللعاب الترفيهية متزايده مع شبكة طرق حديثة لخدمة المناطق السياحية والسكانية للمصطافين والزائرين. ومن منتجات الهدا الزراعية، زراعة الفواكه بأنواعها مع الخضروات والبقول كما تشتهر بصناعة الورد، الذي له شهرة عالمية مميزة. كما يوجد بمنطقة الهدا بعض المرافق والخدمات الحكومية ومدارس بنين وبنات، ومستوصفات صحية وخدمات عامة. وشوارع رئيسية فسيحة وحدائق ومنتزهات وبساط سندسي جمالي بانجيلة طبيعية تغطى كافة المنتزهات.
