Description
An abstract piece that was inspired by the classic still life with flowers. The basis for the composition is a fractal image. Fractals are created by manipulating an algorithm until the right composition is achieved. The same as every piece, my process begins in the sketchbook. From there it shifts to the computer, where the final line art is created, and digitally painted. Finally, the canvas is printed, stretched, and a thick impasto layer of acrylic paint is added.
