I used mixed media for this...and i'm still practicing watercolors >_<; so hard! >_o anyways, hope you guys like iit :3 (the paper got so warped after I was done haha xD)

Time: 6 hours I think? not including the time to let the paper dry xD;;
Tools: Faber Castell, Derwent Water Color Pencils, Prang Watercolors (coloring/painting), BIC Fine 0.7(inking), PSCS3 (editing), eggshell paper 8D

I personally find the mini-skirt too mini for a school uniform... altough it might be permitted in Japan 
Besides that, I have always been a fan of artwork using colored pencils... as it is the only art material I can use effectively to some extent. >_<
