Description
There aren't just twelve animal signs of the Chinese Zodiac, but five elements too- Fire, Metal, Wood, Earth and Water.

This got me thinking which of these elments my Zodiacbot OCs would represent. Steelspur would obviously be Metal, and Firebrand Fire. I thought I would fill in the gaps, creating 4 other 'alternate dimension' Salvage ship crews, consisting of the following:

A Captain- the role fulfilled by Katana in this dimension.
A Pilot- the role fulfilled by Hyperspace in this dimension.
A Navigator- the role fulfilled by Wormhole in this dimension.
A Data Analyst- the role fulfilled by Bamboozle, and later Megabyte, in this dimension.
An Engineer- the role fulfilled by Greasemonkey in this dimension.
A Medic- the role fulfilled by Squealer in this dimension.
A Gunner- the role fulfilled by Buckshot in this dimension.
A Fire Control mech- the role fulfilled by Firebrand in this dimension.
2 Salvage mechs- a role fulfilled by Oxide and Ramshackle in this dimension.
3 Search and Rescue mechs- a role fulfilled by Steelspur, Ratrun and Lonewolf in this dimension.
plus 2 ground crew who would remain back at the landing pad.
A loader mech- the role fulfilled by Boxpile in this dimension.
A landing pad technician- the role fulfilled by Fission in this dimension.

Each of these four new crews would also crash into Earth and get reformatted into the signs of the Chinese Zodiac (plus a Panda, Crane and Carp).

FLAMEHOUND- HOVERCAR.
SHIP- CAPRICORN SALVAGE VESSEL. FUNCTION- FIRE CONTROL OFFICER.
Flamehound's dog mode appears to be specially designed to sniff out anything that's burning. He can sense a lit match from half a mile away in strong wind.

MEANSTREAK- HOVERCAR.
SHIP- RETRIBUTOR SALVAGE VESSEL. FUNCTION- SEARCH AND RESCUE.
Like his trans-dimensional prototwin Lonewolf, Meansteak prefers to be left to his own devices and is easily angered.

KANINE- HOVERCAR. (A.K.A. K9)
SHIP- STARFALL SALVAGE VESSEL. FUNCTION- CAPTAIN.
The Captain of the Starfall is older than anyone can remember and harks back to a time when the early mechanoids of Cybertron had Alphanumeric names like 'A3'

BITEDOWN- HOVERCAR.
SHIP- ANDROMEDA SALVAGE VESSEL. FUNCTION- GROUND CREW TECHNICIAN.
Bitedown was constantly covered in patches of grease and grime. This appears to have confused the Andromeda's reformation circuitry as it has given him a spotted Dog mode.

LONEWOLF- HOVERCAR.
SHIP- ZODIAK SALVAGE VESSEL. FUNCTION- SEARCH AND RESCUE.
