Sorry to those who favorited my previous one, but I needed to submit it to the correct folder, and since I already submitted it, it wouldn't let me. So here's my Fire/Psychic Celebi again.

For my story part, I ran into some trouble: I don't like it anymore. I can never make a story short, and once again I added in too many unnecessary details. So I'll start over from scratch, and hopefully I can finish it this time.
