I've drawn on a LOT of other games/media for this series; "Crimson Flare" is from the Square-Enix game "The Last Remnant"; it's a powerful variant of Flare.
Papyrus only just learned about Asriel being Flowey. As for Sans, he didn't know that Chara knew about Gaster, so he's also wondering what's going on. But he's not going to ask questions right now.
