If you know that something big is coming up "tomorrow", you'll be less likely to sleep. If sleep is the thing you need to do, that only makes it worse(or at least, that's the way it is for me). So, schedule the "operation" for tomorrow night, but actually do it tonight, without telling the patient.
Frisk wasn't there when Riku had to do this for M.K., so she doesn't know what's going on. Actually, neither does M.K., even though he's been through this before.
And no, I'm not going to explain M.K.'s other allergies, at least not right now.
