as this year marks the second anniversary of "The Lion King: A New Beginning", there a couple of things that are different betweek Kiume and his great-great uncle, Askari II/Scar.

while these two lions maybe similar in color fur and mane, i'm not quite sure if Kiume could be Scar's reincarnation. (edit: i confirmed that Kiume isn't Scar's reincarnation).

but here are the differences:

1. Kiume doesn't have a goatee beard like Scar does.

2. he has a short mane similarly to how Scar had during the flashback on his song "When i led the Guard" in "Battle for the Pride Lands."

3. Kiume has an american accent, unlike Scar who has a british accent.

4. Kiume's mane is mostly like his father, Kovu.

5. Kiume has a Pride lander nose while Scar has an Outlander nose.

that would pretty much it.
