short history of this reign

- Zira and her pride comes back with their bellies full and found a dead Scar and Simba on the throne. in anger she attacked Simba but he were stronger than her so she were easaly defeated and she told him that Scar were the rightful king. Sarabi told her that Scar have no more right over the prideland than a rouge lion had and told her son that Zira were too dangerous to keep around. the other pridelander quickly told Simba what Zira and Scar did to their cubs. Simba demands Zira to return the cubs but Zira lies and tell that all of the cubs is dead. with the pride in grief over hearing this, Simba banish her and her followers of the Prideland and warns her that if any of them comes back, they would end up the same fate as the 'dead' cubs. Zira leaves the prideland with her pride and even takes the kidnapped cubs with her to make sure that when she would attack the prideland again; it would be with the former cubs of the pridemember to make sure that the wounds digs deeper when they found out. she would make sure that all of the cub would be hateful towards the Prideland and would be perfect warriors. she leave the Prideland and make her pride follow the migrating prey for a while.

- Timon's mother and uncle manage to track him down and Timon's mother beg him to come back to the colony. Timon have missed his family but he cannot see him back underground again. after intruducing his family to Pumbaa he get the idea to pull the whole colony out of the ground and ask them to stay in the oasis. Timon and Pumbaa stays with the whole colony in the oasis for a good while. Timon met two female meerkat Lulu and Lola. Timon were immediately in love and tried to woe both of them on different occasions.
all attempt to woe them both with different things but every single one of them fail. Pumbaa even tries to help him and that backfire too. after being rejected multiple times; Timon finally gives up and leave the two females alone. Timon also manage to re-kindle his friendship with another meerkat with the name Fred.
Timon and Pumbaa stays in the oasis with the Meerkat colony for a good while.

- Simba and the Pridelanders are also forced to leave the prideland for a while since the land could not feed them for months. they decide to go to their two alliance prides; the cloud pride and the Sun pride. the two other prides were happy to see that Scar's reign were over and they now could help the Pridelander to come back to full health while they waited for the land to bloom again. the Pridelander were excited to see that Tojo and Mheetu have seek refuge in the Cloud pride while Chumvi were in the Sun pride. the males were sadden to hear that their cubs were gone but were still happy to see their mates were safe.

- Zira sees that the prideland is abandon for a while and decide to take her revenge on the hyenas first. she order her grown lioness to kill every single hyena they can find. Shenzi is the one giving Zira the bitemark in the ear before she is killed by Zira. Banzai is also killed when he makes sure that Ed manage to save a handful of the pups from the massacre. Ed turned more serious after that and did try to talk more but still have problem with it.

- Nadra wandered alone for some days and then came back pregnant. she told the pride it were not important who the father was. he were handsome but not worth staying around.

- Nala gave birth to Kopa. he were born outside the Prideland but he were a sign of hope for the Prideland. scouts lionesses told few days later that the Prideland were green once again and the animals have returned as well. the Pridelander thanked the Cloud pride and the Sun pride for letting them share their food before they returned back to show Kopa off to the Prideland.
Sarafina's sister Aaliyah and her daughter Aisha decide to stay in the Sun pride.

- Nadra gave birth to Afua.

- Kopa grew up with not many lion friends, but he were still happy. after playing with some other animals. when Kopa see Simba who is talking with Zazu about some problems at the watering hole, Kopa ask Simba if he were ready to show him the top of the Priderock. Simba tells him he can't and Kopa is disappointed for his broken promise and Rafiki tells all of them the story about Scar, Mufasa and Ahadi under the drought. after the story, Simba can see what a broken promise can do and then ask Nala to look at the problems while he take Kopa to the top of the Priderock.
later that day, Nala tells her story about the time she met Ni and she told Kope that it was okay not to take a dare when you are scared about the outcome.

- part of the Cloud pride visit the Prideland and after a smaller crisis at a watering hole, Kopa goes to the Cloud pride lions to tell them about the crisis and maybe ask Babu and Boga to play with him. Sabini, Maga and Leo tells him a little about something called a family tree and Kopa is frustrated they don't tell more about it. Maga tell Kopa to ask his father what a family tree is but Simba is busy with the crisis and by accident snaps at his son due to his own frustrations. hurt, Kopa decide to find his own family tree. Kopa by accident wander into the desert where two vulture finds him and decided to keep him around to hold him as ransom for food from the Prideland. in the Prideland the whole pride is in a state of panic when they can't find Kopa. Kopa is hold captive in a vulture nest and three friendly vultures ends up helping Simba and Nala to find Kopa with a riddle in a song. the Pridelander and Leo from the Cloud pride comes to recue him.

- Timon and Pumbaa have returned back to the Prideland when the colony could not accept Pumbaa and his odor and Timon would not leave Pumbaa on his own. Timon's mother did not fully understand his loyalty but she let him leave. Simba were happy to see his old friends come to the pride and told every pridemember that they were friends with him.

- Nala expresses worry for her son, but Kopa refuse to say why he's so upset. Timon suggests that they cheer him up. Nala agrees and says goodbye to her son. Timon and Pumbaa manage to get Kopa to tell them that he were upset that his friend Afua have befrieded a cheetah cub and Afua have ignored Kopa for a while now. Timon and Pumbaa tells him that he is probably jealous of the cheetah cub and Kopa angrily disagree. after Timon and Pumbaa tell him about one of their stories about someone else tried to break Timon and Pumbaa's friendship. Kopa slowly agree to talk to Afua about his feelings about being compare to a cheetah.
Kopa find Afua who is hanging out with the cheetah cub and Kopa tells Afua that it is unfair he compares him to the cheetah cub with being faster and more nimble than Kopa. Afua first tries to stay that Kopa misunderstood him but the Cheetah cub agree with Kopa and tell that he also felt hurt to be compared to a lion who is stronger and braver than cheetahs. lions should be compared to other lions instead of other animals. after some thinking, Afua apologize to them both and they all end up playing together.

- and ostrich tell Rafiki that his homeland, the Grass walls are in trouble and he sets out to help his home. Zazu who also heard this try to convince him not to go but Rafiki is determined. Zazu finds the royal pair and tell them what is going on. Simba decide to accompany Rafiki in his long journey. when they come to the Grass walls the land there used to be a lush place in only a wasteland now and the mandrill who lives here are all starving. Rafiki is outrage when he find the leader of the trope who took over after the former leader were killed by a leopard. Rafiki sees that his family and friends are slowly dying since the leader of the troupe refuse to leave the wasteland. appalled of his lazy and dangerous mindset, Rafiki decide to take the role as the new leader of the trope and lead them out of Grass walls and into a new place with water and food. one of the younger mandrill were close to be eaten by a leopard and Simba chases it off before it can kill the child mandrill. when they find a new place to live, Rafiki gives a very stern talking to the leader and told him he better take better care of his family since he nearly killed them all, the leader agrees and right away help the weaker of the tropes to get something to drink and eat. satisfied that his family is safe, him and Simba returns back to the prideland.

- Tama and Mheetu gives birth to Vitani, she is not known as this when she were born. her parents gave her the name Kagiso which meant "Peace"

- Kopa meet Asante who is a pup hyena. she were nearly killed by a large snake until Kopa saves her. she thanks him and tells him that she is surprised that a lion saved her since they are enemies. they part ways on friendly terms.
Kopa find Asante again and they play together for a while and they both come in on the subject if it is even possible for a lion and a hyena to be friends. Asante tell that it is and they kept meeting with each other when Afua rather wanted to play with the cheetah cub.
both lion and hyena knew it was best to keep their friendship hidden since the battle of priderock were still fresh in many of their minds.
someday, Asante tell Kopa it is best they find shelter since a storm is coming and Kopa have never seen a storm before is confused. when the storm comes, Kopa slips into a river and Asante finds a friendly crocodile to help her saving Kopa.
Kopa manage to convince Asante to meet his parents and after some hesitations, she agrees. at first Simba and Nala is shocked to see Asante but after hearing each stories they agree to allow the hyenas back to the Prideland but only as long they follow the rule of the Prideland. Asante thanks them and tell Simba that she would tell that to the rest of the small pack. she also tells them that they are very few left since Zira attacked them. this concern Simba but he tries not to let it show.

- Chumvi and Kula gives birth to Kovu. he is not named this when he is born. his parents give him the name Tafari which means "He who inspires awe". either of the parents is fully sure why Tafari's eyes are green. they conclude it is from one of their fathers since none of them knew who their father is. Dwala does tell Chumvi that his father did not have green eyes. it dose make Kula wonder who her father was and Dwala tells her that she think it was Scar since he always tried to get near her mother. Kula laugh and tell the older lioness that Neema hated Scar with all her might. Dwala agree and they agree that Kula's father were probably a rouge.

- Kopa ask his father why it is always a lion who is a king over prideland and not other animals. Simba is not sure how to answer that and tell it have always been lions on the throne. a hyena named Fisi hear their conversation and then returns back to a more serious Ed who were now the caretaker of all of the hyenas until a new matriarch could take over.
Fisi talks forth and back with Ed before Fisi decide to put Kesho on throne and challenge Simba and also tricking and poisoning Simba while he fights Kesho. Simba have no change against the poison which weaken him enough to Kesho could defeat him. burdened by his defeat, Simba reacts honorably and exiles himself despite Nala protests that this is not right, Simba told her that a defeat is a defeat no matter what, he have to follow the rules the old ways, Nala still doesn't like it since the rules only state this against other lions, not cheetahs. Simba return back to the oasis together with Kopa to make sure he were not killed like the old way stated.
In the year that follow Simba's exile, Kesho is brutally controlled by the hyenas, who don't let him make any decisions for himself. Under Kesho's rule, the hyenas tries to take over the Pride Lands again, by leaving carrion strewn about the lands that infects the few animals left. The Pride Landers become so desperate that Nala journeys to find her mate in the jungle. Nal find Kopa and Simba and begs her mate to return and Simba tells her once again that he cannot since that is not the way of a lion. Nala ask him were he got that idea and Simba tells her that Prideland have not lived after the old rules for generation but he learned a lot of them from Malka's pride and he cannot return no matter how much he wanted too. Nala ask about the time he went back after under Scar's reign and Simba slowly tells that Kesho made it clear that he were never allowed to come back and Scar never made him swear on that. Simba could only return back to the Prideland when Kesho were off the throne or else the Pridelander were forced to kill Simba if he set foot in the Prideland.
hearing this, Kopa decide to seek help from a great elephant, he convinces to defeat Kesho by reminding the elephant that his jungle will soon be overrun with Pride Lander. the hyenas are outraged at the great elephant's intrusion, they have no choice but to let the elephant pass after the elephant tossed Fisi like a stone. Once the elephant and Kopa reaches Pride Rock, the Elephant grab Kesho by the legs and forces him to admit he cheated to get Simba exiled. Outraged, the Pride Landers demand Kesho's and Fisi's exile and the last hyenas create an only male clan of Hyeans which after Ed's death, is lead by Janja. When Simba got the news, he returns to the Pride Lands with happy cheers of the animals of his return. The elephant returns quietly to the jungle after telling the reason why lions are king is because they are the biggest predator's and they make sure that no overgrazing will happen. not prey animals should be a high king since they would make sure their own kind were never kill. it were better for all that it were the lions who ruled and not anyone else.

- Kopa, Afua, Asante and the cheetah walks together someday near the border. the lions are boasting about how their manes have begun to grow out and the hyena and cheetah is teasing them about it. they stops up when they see another lion around the same age as Kopa and Afua. he tells them that his name is Nuka and used to live in the Prideland until Simba killed Scar and kicked them out. Kopa tells Nuka off and decided to leave but Nuka does not let them leave. soon after they stand face to face Reta who have direct order from Zira. Kopa and Afua is killed by Reta. she ignored the two other animals but also end up killing the two others who tries to stop her.
at the same time Zira and Majivu, Aibu and Shabana stalks into the Priderock in hope they can find and kill Simba. Zira ends up doing something else when she notice Kula and Chumvi babysitting two cubs. when she see the male cub in Kula's paws, something in Zira's mind snap and she demands her lionesses to take that cub. Chumvi were killed before any of them could react and Kula is pinned to the ground by Zira while Aibu and Shabana take the cubs who will later be known as Vitani and Kovu. Kula beg Zira not to take her baby but Zira wants to make the younger lioness suffer even more and tell that that the next time she see the cub, it would be her dead in front of her own cubs paws and it is also Kula's fault that another mother lost a cub that day. she leave Kula completely broken that day.
Reta walks back to find her pride when she by accident is found by Mheetu who in shock see her covered in blood, before he could react; Reta cripples him by kicking him off a cliff. Reta thinks she killed him when she leave.
the whole pride are in a state of panic when Tama find Kula crying on top of Chumvi's body and keep saying sorry to Tama. Nala and Nadra find their brother half-dead and unable to use his legs right and Simba find the gruesome state of his son and his friends. all in the pride have suffered a loss and a lot of them were never the same again. Nadra found out she were pregnant again with the same lion, but she could barely get herself to eat because of her loss of her firstborn. Tojo tried to comfort his sister for yet another loss of a cub and Mheetu would never again be able to walk normal again. Nala and Simba have lost a son and when Nala found out she were pregnant again, both of them could barely show any joy. Kula were never the same again. she thought that anyone would blame her for what happened and she began to hide in caves to avoid others eyes.

- Siel comes to the pride. she was a new hope for the pride since she were a Great spirit dicieple. she comes to the pride with a young cub with her and she tells Simba that it is Tojo's daughter and Siel give the honor to the shocked Tojo to name his daughter. Tojo call her Tiifu. Siel helps the whole pride through the grief of loosing so many family members and she turn into the unofficiel conslour of the pride. Kula, Mheetu and Tojo use a lot of their time with her and it barely seen by the rest of the pride since they help Siel with hunting while she tries to heal their mental state.

- Kiara is born. Nala is sick for a whole day after the birth and anyone is unsure why. it was only the next morning the the pride figure out why. Nala gives birth to Kiongozi. while Nala nursed and rested after the difficult birth. Simba dicussed with his mother about who should be the next in line since it was normal to make the first-born the next in line but all knows that is was seven generation ago since the last lioness were the queen of Prideland. it was talked for weeks who should be the next in line and it was finally decided by Nala and Simba to make Kiara the queen since they needed the Lion guard to come back and Kiongozi was the best hope for that.

- Zuri is born by Nadra. meanwhile at the border Aibu and Shabana hve mated with a rouge male and gave birth to Kasi and Tazama. Zira gives Aibu the cub duty since Aibu is the weaker of all of them and have not really proven herself to Zira. Zira even tell the teen Nuka to take over cub duty which he highly dislike but quickly shuts up when Zira put him in his place. Zira decided to 'adopt' the two cups she stole and call them Vitani and Kovu.
Timon and Pumbaa find a orphan honey bagder and after some forth and back talk, they decide to take care of the honey bagder they decide to call Bunga.

- Kiara is trained to be the next queen. Kiongozi is trained to be the next lion guard leader but is chosen to take the role as a guard when he is still a cub because of trouble with a clan of male hyenas and invading leopards Simba cannot take care off because of the threat of Zira and his loyal duties. Simba do try to ask the Sun Pride and the Cloud pride for extra males to the new lion pride but Kiongozi decide to have other animals join the guard to anyone surprise but Simba allow it due to the fact that they simple do not have any healthy males lions when they need them most. Kiongozi and his odd lion guard helps Simba, Nala and Kiara with keeping the smaller predator in check. Tojo, Mheetu and Simba do try to keep rouges away from the prideland but it is hard due to Tojo's brittle bones and Mheetu lame leg.

- Kiongozi meet Jasiri who, like Ansante before her, manage to befriend Kiongozi and tell him that she will try to take over the only male clan since males or hyenas are not suppose to lead. Jasiri and her mother's clan are currently the only clan who supports the circle of life and is allowed near the prideland. not long after, Jasiri ask the lion Guard for help since Zira's pride have taken over their water hole. Kiongozi is nearly killed by Zira when she figure out who Kiongozi is. he is saved by the Hyena clan and the lion guard who manage to hunt Zira's pride out of Jasiri's clan area and Zira decide to stay with her pride in the outland where she can train the cubs of the priderlanders to be warriors.

- Simba turns awfully protective to both of his children's when he hear that Zira is back. Kiara still manage to get to the outland where she meet Kovu who she befriend after a run-in with some crocodiles. Simba and Zira comes for both of their cubs and Zira tell Kiara that her father exiled her to a land with no food or water. she also tell Simba that Kovu is the 'chosen one' of Scar. Simba does not know who Kovu really is. after kicking Zira out of the Prideland. Simba tell Kiara that they are part of the circle of life and they are one while Zira gets angry at Nuka for not looking after Kovu when he ran off and then praises Kovu when he by accident tell he want to befriend Kiara and Zira thinks it is a brilliant plan and quickly begins his training and hype up her pride.

- Zira encourage Kovu to go to the prideland and 'befriend' Kiara. Kiara manage to get away from Timon and Pumbaa when they find food, she two have a delighted reunion with Kovu. not knowing that this is part of Zira's plan, Kiara invites Kovu to tag along with her to the western canyon, he declines, not wanting to see his own pride driven off due to he knows that his pride are making a distraction for Simba to make sure Zira's plan with Kovu works. Kiara starts to leave but she realizes that it would be much more fun to stay and play with Kovu. As the cubs are playing, they hear Pumbaa is pacing anxiously beneath a tall tree. he explains that Timon had been climbing a tree in search of grubs when he had knocked himself out and gotten his foot tangled in a vine. Kiara gets an idea. While Kovu climbs the tree to reach Timon, she clambers onto Pumbaa's back, where she instructs Kovu to chew through the vine that is suspending Timon. Kovu does so, and Timon falls safely onto Kiara's waiting back. With Timon safe, Kiara invites Kovu to accompany them to Pride Rock, but Kovu reminds her that as an Outsider, he is not welcome in the Pride Lands. The two cubs share a bittersweet goodbye, and Kiara follows her babysitters back home to Pride Rock. Timon wakes up, and Pumbaa recounts how Kiara and Kovu had saved his life. A grateful Timon suggests that they do not tell Simba about their Outsider friend, but rather mention him as a friend.
Kiara and Kovu keeps meeting in secretly  through most of heir cubhood till young teenager.

- Rafiki begins to train Makini to be the new shaman of the prideland. when Makini helps the pridelander, Rafiki is also training his nephew Nefu to be a shaman who is slightly harder to train since he try to go the easy road all the time. Rafiki hope that one of them would take his place since he is beginning to feel old after serving three generations of the Pridelands kings.

- Zira train all of the younger lions to be warrior and ban Kovu to go back to the prideland, which does leave Kiara confused and heartbroken since she does not know why Kovu stop visiting her. Zira does not know that the time Kovu spends with Kiara have soften Kovu's heart and no matter how hard she trained him to want to kill the royal lions, he cannot stop thinking on Kiara and just decided to see Simba as the enemy, not his best friend.

- two years later. the male hyena clan and few other predators who still thinks like Zira. began to attack the prideland and set the savannah around the priderock in fire due to the dry season. nobody is killed in the fire because of the lions guard quick thinking. unfortunate Kiongozi and a two of his members of his lion guard where injurie in the battle and they are forced to find another pride who is known for having healing herpes in their territory. the lion guard leave the prideland to find the Night pride. Makini joins them.

- Kiara begin on her first hunt while being spyed on by Timon and Pumbaa by Simba's order, Kiara gets angry and runs to the border of the prideland. in the meanwhile Nuka and Vitani sets the savannah in fire and trap Kiara. Zira order Kovu to save her and when Kiara comes to herself again, it takes her a little while to see that it was her cubhood friend who saved her. when Simba tries to hunt Kovu away, Kovu tells him that he left the Outlander and now is a rouge lion. they all know that Simba need more male lions into the pride so even when Simba is frustrated of the circumstance; he allow Kovu into the pride but Simba is keeping an eye on the younger male. like all other new males in the pride; Kovu is not allowed into the den the first few nights.

- Kiara and Kovu slowly begins to bond again with Kovu teaching Kiara to hunt and Kiara learn Kovu to relax a little. at night; Kiara tells Kovu about the stars and the belief of the great kings. Kovu is scared to think that Scar is up there too and He confesses that Scar wasn't his real father, he was still a part of who he is, but Kiara comfort him. As Kiara and Kovu embrace, Simba watches unseen and asks Mufasa for guidance as he is lost. Nala tells him that although Simba wants to walk the path expected of him, Kovu may not and should be given a chance. As Simba leaves with Nala to ponder this, Kovu tries to pull away from Kiara, almost confessing his part in the plot against her father. Despite Kiara's pleas, he attempts to leave but Rafiki stops them both and he begins his own plot to get them together since he have a vision about Kovu and Kiara needed to be joined. after Kovu and Kiara return home that night, Simba proves himself by inviting Kovu to sleep inside with the rest of the pride. Vitani who is instructed by Zira to spy on the Pridelander, watches Kovu give up a prime opportunity to murder Simba and reports back to Zira. Angered, Zira states that Kovu cannot betray them and moves onto another plan.

- The next day, Kovu resolves to confess his true intentions to Kiara; he is unsure if she will believe him, but has to try. Before he can do so, King Simba shows up and tells Kiara he doesn't want her talking with Kovu because he wants to talk with him with a smile. Simba takes Kovu aside for a private conversation, Simba and Kovu walk into the area that had been burned in the earlier bushfire, and Simba tells Kovu the true story of Scar and what Zira have done to the prideland. Kovu finally realizes that he has been lied to and can't stop thinking who were his real parents then, Simba reassures him that, like the green grass springing through the ash, what is "left behind can grow better than the generation before – if given the chance." Suddenly, Zira decides to take matters into her own paws and she and her pride surround Simba and Kovu and she teasingly asks Simba what he is doing out in the area "so alone". Then Zira congratulates Kovu for bringing Simba with him, Simba angrily turns on Kovu as he thinks Kovu tricked him and was behind the plan; in response, a scared Kovu truthfully denies this, but Simba won't listen to him.

Zira orders her pride to attack Simba, and Kovu immediately butts in to try and rescue Simba, only for Vitani to kick him out of the way into a rock, knocking him out. The Outsiders chase King Simba into a gorge, where he begins to scale a wall of logs to escape. Having woken up, Kovu rushes to Simba's aide and tries to help him, ignoring Zira's orders to get Simba. After Kovu runs off, Nuka, in an attempt to prove himself, impress his mother, and humiliate Kovu by follow after Simba. He manages to grab hold of Simba's leg, however, Nuka slips and is crushed by the logs. Kovu, who had watched the scene from above, tries to dig him out, but is shoved roughly aside by his mother. Zira lifts up a log to see her son barely alive. He apologizes for failing her before dying. Zira blames Kovu for Nuka's death and slashes him across the face, scarring Kovu in an identical manner to Scar. Kovu defies his mother for the first time and runs back to the Pride Lands. Zira tells the other Outsiders that Simba has turned Kovu against them and declares war.
Meanwhile, Simba has escaped, but is badly injured. Kiara, Timon, and Pumbaa find him and take him back to Pride Rock. Kiara refuses to believe that Kovu could be behind the attack. Kovu returns and begs forgiveness. Simba refuses and exiles him. Simba forbids Kiara to leave Pride Rock without an escorted and says that he knows that Kovu is following in Scar's paw prints and that he must follow in his own father's. Kiara tells her father that he will never be Mufasa before fleeing Pride Rock and goes searching for Kovu. As she is about to give up, Kovu appears and the two are reunited. Kovu wants to leave the Prideland and start a new pride with her. Kiara know they have to go back and stop the fighting between the two prides.
The Outsiders march on the Pride Lands. King Simba leads his lionesses to meet them, and the two prides fight. As the fighting grow intense, Zira steps in to finish Simba off herself. Kiara and Kovu leap in between them. Kiara pleads with her father to stop the feud and tells him that a wise king once told her "we are one," and that there is no 'they' or 'us,' but "they are us." Zira orders Vitani to attack, but she refuses, telling her that Kiara is right about this, and switches sides. In response, Zira furiously replies that if she will not fight, she will die. In extreme shock and disgust at Zira's true horrid nature, the other Outsiders immediately change sides, which surprises and confuses Zira, who orders her former pride to come back. Zira tries to attack Simba again saying to herself that "this is for Scar", but Kiara interferes, sending them both over the cliff. Kiara lands on a jutting rock, but Zira continues to slide down towards the raging river. Nala warns Simba about the river as he is trying to save Kiara from Zira. Kiara extends her paw to try and pull Zira up, but the bitter lioness, like Scar, is unable to let go of her hate and falls to her death. Simba announces that he was wrong about Kovu and invites the Outsiders back home. All the animals in the kingdom gather as King Simba, Queen Nala, Princess Kiara, and Prince Kovu roar proudly on top of Pride Rock, with the lionesses following suit.

- Kiongozi returns back to the Prideland just in time to hear his parents and sister roar in victory. the Outlanders is told by the Pridelanders that most of them used to be cubs of some of them. Tama and Mheetu tell Vitani and Fayola that they are their parents. both younger lioness are surprised to hear they are siblings but is also happy to have a family. Kula is still too damaged to face her living cubs so it is Siel who tell Kovu, Laila and Bisa they are siblings. Kovu is delighted to hear the two older lioness are his family but is sad to see what Zira have done to his real mother. it is a slow process, but he manage to be part of Kula's life again.

short history of this reign

- Zira and her pride comes back with their bellies full and found a dead Scar and Simba on the throne. in anger she attacked Simba but he were stronger than her so she were easaly defeated and she told him that Scar were the rightful king. Sarabi told her that Scar have no more right over the prideland than a rouge lion had and told her son that Zira were too dangerous to keep around. the other pridelander quickly told Simba what Zira and Scar did to their cubs. Simba demands Zira to return the cubs but Zira lies and tell that all of the cubs is dead. with the pride in grief over hearing this, Simba banish her and her followers of the Prideland and warns her that if any of them comes back, they would end up the same fate as the 'dead' cubs. Zira leaves the prideland with her pride and even takes the kidnapped cubs with her to make sure that when she would attack the prideland again; it would be with the former cubs of the pridemember to make sure that the wounds digs deeper when they found out. she would make sure that all of the cub would be hateful towards the Prideland and would be perfect warriors. she leave the Prideland and make her pride follow the migrating prey for a while.

- Timon's mother and uncle manage to track him down and Timon's mother beg him to come back to the colony. Timon have missed his family but he cannot see him back underground again. after intruducing his family to Pumbaa he get the idea to pull the whole colony out of the ground and ask them to stay in the oasis. Timon and Pumbaa stays with the whole colony in the oasis for a good while. Timon met two female meerkat Lulu and Lola. Timon were immediately in love and tried to woe both of them on different occasions.
all attempt to woe them both with different things but every single one of them fail. Pumbaa even tries to help him and that backfire too. after being rejected multiple times; Timon finally gives up and leave the two females alone. Timon also manage to re-kindle his friendship with another meerkat with the name Fred.
Timon and Pumbaa stays in the oasis with the Meerkat colony for a good while.

- Simba and the Pridelanders are also forced to leave the prideland for a while since the land could not feed them for months. they decide to go to their two alliance prides; the cloud pride and the Sun pride. the two other prides were happy to see that Scar's reign were over and they now could help the Pridelander to come back to full health while they waited for the land to bloom again. the Pridelander were excited to see that Tojo and Mheetu have seek refuge in the Cloud pride while Chumvi were in the Sun pride. the males were sadden to hear that their cubs were gone but were still happy to see their mates were safe.

- Zira sees that the prideland is abandon for a while and decide to take her revenge on the hyenas first. she order her grown lioness to kill every single hyena they can find. Shenzi is the one giving Zira the bitemark in the ear before she is killed by Zira. Banzai is also killed when he makes sure that Ed manage to save a handful of the pups from the massacre. Ed turned more serious after that and did try to talk more but still have problem with it.

- Nadra wandered alone for some days and then came back pregnant. she told the pride it were not important who the father was. he were handsome but not worth staying around.

- Nala gave birth to Kopa. he were born outside the Prideland but he were a sign of hope for the Prideland. scouts lionesses told few days later that the Prideland were green once again and the animals have returned as well. the Pridelander thanked the Cloud pride and the Sun pride for letting them share their food before they returned back to show Kopa off to the Prideland.
Sarafina's sister Aaliyah and her daughter Aisha decide to stay in the Sun pride.

- Nadra gave birth to Afua.

- Kopa grew up with not many lion friends, but he were still happy. after playing with some other animals. when Kopa see Simba who is talking with Zazu about some problems at the watering hole, Kopa ask Simba if he were ready to show him the top of the Priderock. Simba tells him he can't and Kopa is disappointed for his broken promise and Rafiki tells all of them the story about Scar, Mufasa and Ahadi under the drought. after the story, Simba can see what a broken promise can do and then ask Nala to look at the problems while he take Kopa to the top of the Priderock.
later that day, Nala tells her story about the time she met Ni and she told Kope that it was okay not to take a dare when you are scared about the outcome.

- part of the Cloud pride visit the Prideland and after a smaller crisis at a watering hole, Kopa goes to the Cloud pride lions to tell them about the crisis and maybe ask Babu and Boga to play with him. Sabini, Maga and Leo tells him a little about something called a family tree and Kopa is frustrated they don't tell more about it. Maga tell Kopa to ask his father what a family tree is but Simba is busy with the crisis and by accident snaps at his son due to his own frustrations. hurt, Kopa decide to find his own family tree. Kopa by accident wander into the desert where two vulture finds him and decided to keep him around to hold him as ransom for food from the Prideland. in the Prideland the whole pride is in a state of panic when they can't find Kopa. Kopa is hold captive in a vulture nest and three friendly vultures ends up helping Simba and Nala to find Kopa with a riddle in a song. the Pridelander and Leo from the Cloud pride comes to recue him.

- Timon and Pumbaa have returned back to the Prideland when the colony could not accept Pumbaa and his odor and Timon would not leave Pumbaa on his own. Timon's mother did not fully understand his loyalty but she let him leave. Simba were happy to see his old friends come to the pride and told every pridemember that they were friends with him.

- Nala expresses worry for her son, but Kopa refuse to say why he's so upset. Timon suggests that they cheer him up. Nala agrees and says goodbye to her son. Timon and Pumbaa manage to get Kopa to tell them that he were upset that his friend Afua have befrieded a cheetah cub and Afua have ignored Kopa for a while now. Timon and Pumbaa tells him that he is probably jealous of the cheetah cub and Kopa angrily disagree. after Timon and Pumbaa tell him about one of their stories about someone else tried to break Timon and Pumbaa's friendship. Kopa slowly agree to talk to Afua about his feelings about being compare to a cheetah.
Kopa find Afua who is hanging out with the cheetah cub and Kopa tells Afua that it is unfair he compares him to the cheetah cub with being faster and more nimble than Kopa. Afua first tries to stay that Kopa misunderstood him but the Cheetah cub agree with Kopa and tell that he also felt hurt to be compared to a lion who is stronger and braver than cheetahs. lions should be compared to other lions instead of other animals. after some thinking, Afua apologize to them both and they all end up playing together.

- and ostrich tell Rafiki that his homeland, the Grass walls are in trouble and he sets out to help his home. Zazu who also heard this try to convince him not to go but Rafiki is determined. Zazu finds the royal pair and tell them what is going on. Simba decide to accompany Rafiki in his long journey. when they come to the Grass walls the land there used to be a lush place in only a wasteland now and the mandrill who lives here are all starving. Rafiki is outrage when he find the leader of the trope who took over after the former leader were killed by a leopard. Rafiki sees that his family and friends are slowly dying since the leader of the troupe refuse to leave the wasteland. appalled of his lazy and dangerous mindset, Rafiki decide to take the role as the new leader of the trope and lead them out of Grass walls and into a new place with water and food. one of the younger mandrill were close to be eaten by a leopard and Simba chases it off before it can kill the child mandrill. when they find a new place to live, Rafiki gives a very stern talking to the leader and told him he better take better care of his family since he nearly killed them all, the leader agrees and right away help the weaker of the tropes to get something to drink and eat. satisfied that his family is safe, him and Simba returns back to the prideland.

- Tama and Mheetu gives birth to Vitani, she is not known as this when she were born. her parents gave her the name Kagiso which meant "Peace"

- Kopa meet Asante who is a pup hyena. she were nearly killed by a large snake until Kopa saves her. she thanks him and tells him that she is surprised that a lion saved her since they are enemies. they part ways on friendly terms.
Kopa find Asante again and they play together for a while and they both come in on the subject if it is even possible for a lion and a hyena to be friends. Asante tell that it is and they kept meeting with each other when Afua rather wanted to play with the cheetah cub.
both lion and hyena knew it was best to keep their friendship hidden since the battle of priderock were still fresh in many of their minds.
someday, Asante tell Kopa it is best they find shelter since a storm is coming and Kopa have never seen a storm before is confused. when the storm comes, Kopa slips into a river and Asante finds a friendly crocodile to help her saving Kopa.
Kopa manage to convince Asante to meet his parents and after some hesitations, she agrees. at first Simba and Nala is shocked to see Asante but after hearing each stories they agree to allow the hyenas back to the Prideland but only as long they follow the rule of the Prideland. Asante thanks them and tell Simba that she would tell that to the rest of the small pack. she also tells them that they are very few left since Zira attacked them. this concern Simba but he tries not to let it show.

- Chumvi and Kula gives birth to Kovu. he is not named this when he is born. his parents give him the name Tafari which means "He who inspires awe". either of the parents is fully sure why Tafari's eyes are green. they conclude it is from one of their fathers since none of them knew who their father is. Dwala does tell Chumvi that his father did not have green eyes. it dose make Kula wonder who her father was and Dwala tells her that she think it was Scar since he always tried to get near her mother. Kula laugh and tell the older lioness that Neema hated Scar with all her might. Dwala agree and they agree that Kula's father were probably a rouge.

- Kopa ask his father why it is always a lion who is a king over prideland and not other animals. Simba is not sure how to answer that and tell it have always been lions on the throne. a hyena named Fisi hear their conversation and then returns back to a more serious Ed who were now the caretaker of all of the hyenas until a new matriarch could take over.
Fisi talks forth and back with Ed before Fisi decide to put Kesho on throne and challenge Simba and also tricking and poisoning Simba while he fights Kesho. Simba have no change against the poison which weaken him enough to Kesho could defeat him. burdened by his defeat, Simba reacts honorably and exiles himself despite Nala protests that this is not right, Simba told her that a defeat is a defeat no matter what, he have to follow the rules the old ways, Nala still doesn't like it since the rules only state this against other lions, not cheetahs. Simba return back to the oasis together with Kopa to make sure he were not killed like the old way stated.
In the year that follow Simba's exile, Kesho is brutally controlled by the hyenas, who don't let him make any decisions for himself. Under Kesho's rule, the hyenas tries to take over the Pride Lands again, by leaving carrion strewn about the lands that infects the few animals left. The Pride Landers become so desperate that Nala journeys to find her mate in the jungle. Nal find Kopa and Simba and begs her mate to return and Simba tells her once again that he cannot since that is not the way of a lion. Nala ask him were he got that idea and Simba tells her that Prideland have not lived after the old rules for generation but he learned a lot of them from Malka's pride and he cannot return no matter how much he wanted too. Nala ask about the time he went back after under Scar's reign and Simba slowly tells that Kesho made it clear that he were never allowed to come back and Scar never made him swear on that. Simba could only return back to the Prideland when Kesho were off the throne or else the Pridelander were forced to kill Simba if he set foot in the Prideland.
hearing this, Kopa decide to seek help from a great elephant, he convinces to defeat Kesho by reminding the elephant that his jungle will soon be overrun with Pride Lander. the hyenas are outraged at the great elephant's intrusion, they have no choice but to let the elephant pass after the elephant tossed Fisi like a stone. Once the elephant and Kopa reaches Pride Rock, the Elephant grab Kesho by the legs and forces him to admit he cheated to get Simba exiled. Outraged, the Pride Landers demand Kesho's and Fisi's exile and the last hyenas create an only male clan of Hyeans which after Ed's death, is lead by Janja. When Simba got the news, he returns to the Pride Lands with happy cheers of the animals of his return. The elephant returns quietly to the jungle after telling the reason why lions are king is because they are the biggest predator's and they make sure that no overgrazing will happen. not prey animals should be a high king since they would make sure their own kind were never kill. it were better for all that it were the lions who ruled and not anyone else.

- Kopa, Afua, Asante and the cheetah walks together someday near the border. the lions are boasting about how their manes have begun to grow out and the hyena and cheetah is teasing them about it. they stops up when they see another lion around the same age as Kopa and Afua. he tells them that his name is Nuka and used to live in the Prideland until Simba killed Scar and kicked them out. Kopa tells Nuka off and decided to leave but Nuka does not let them leave. soon after they stand face to face Reta who have direct order from Zira. Kopa and Afua is killed by Reta. she ignored the two other animals but also end up killing the two others who tries to stop her.
at the same time Zira and Majivu, Aibu and Shabana stalks into the Priderock in hope they can find and kill Simba. Zira ends up doing something else when she notice Kula and Chumvi babysitting two cubs. when she see the male cub in Kula's paws, something in Zira's mind snap and she demands her lionesses to take that cub. Chumvi were killed before any of them could react and Kula is pinned to the ground by Zira while Aibu and Shabana take the cubs who will later be known as Vitani and Kovu. Kula beg Zira not to take her baby but Zira wants to make the younger lioness suffer even more and tell that that the next time she see the cub, it would be her dead in front of her own cubs paws and it is also Kula's fault that another mother lost a cub that day. she leave Kula completely broken that day.
Reta walks back to find her pride when she by accident is found by Mheetu who in shock see her covered in blood, before he could react; Reta cripples him by kicking him off a cliff. Reta thinks she killed him when she leave.
the whole pride are in a state of panic when Tama find Kula crying on top of Chumvi's body and keep saying sorry to Tama. Nala and Nadra find their brother half-dead and unable to use his legs right and Simba find the gruesome state of his son and his friends. all in the pride have suffered a loss and a lot of them were never the same again. Nadra found out she were pregnant again with the same lion, but she could barely get herself to eat because of her loss of her firstborn. Tojo tried to comfort his sister for yet another loss of a cub and Mheetu would never again be able to walk normal again. Nala and Simba have lost a son and when Nala found out she were pregnant again, both of them could barely show any joy. Kula were never the same again. she thought that anyone would blame her for what happened and she began to hide in caves to avoid others eyes.

- Siel comes to the pride. she was a new hope for the pride since she were a Great spirit dicieple. she comes to the pride with a young cub with her and she tells Simba that it is Tojo's daughter and Siel give the honor to the shocked Tojo to name his daughter. Tojo call her Tiifu. Siel helps the whole pride through the grief of loosing so many family members and she turn into the unofficiel conslour of the pride. Kula, Mheetu and Tojo use a lot of their time with her and it barely seen by the rest of the pride since they help Siel with hunting while she tries to heal their mental state.

- Kiara is born. Nala is sick for a whole day after the birth and anyone is unsure why. it was only the next morning the the pride figure out why. Nala gives birth to Kiongozi. while Nala nursed and rested after the difficult birth. Simba dicussed with his mother about who should be the next in line since it was normal to make the first-born the next in line but all knows that is was seven generation ago since the last lioness were the queen of Prideland. it was talked for weeks who should be the next in line and it was finally decided by Nala and Simba to make Kiara the queen since they needed the Lion guard to come back and Kiongozi was the best hope for that.

- Zuri is born by Nadra. meanwhile at the border Aibu and Shabana hve mated with a rouge male and gave birth to Kasi and Tazama. Zira gives Aibu the cub duty since Aibu is the weaker of all of them and have not really proven herself to Zira. Zira even tell the teen Nuka to take over cub duty which he highly dislike but quickly shuts up when Zira put him in his place. Zira decided to 'adopt' the two cups she stole and call them Vitani and Kovu.
Timon and Pumbaa find a orphan honey bagder and after some forth and back talk, they decide to take care of the honey bagder they decide to call Bunga.

- Kiara is trained to be the next queen. Kiongozi is trained to be the next lion guard leader but is chosen to take the role as a guard when he is still a cub because of trouble with a clan of male hyenas and invading leopards Simba cannot take care off because of the threat of Zira and his loyal duties. Simba do try to ask the Sun Pride and the Cloud pride for extra males to the new lion pride but Kiongozi decide to have other animals join the guard to anyone surprise but Simba allow it due to the fact that they simple do not have any healthy males lions when they need them most. Kiongozi and his odd lion guard helps Simba, Nala and Kiara with keeping the smaller predator in check. Tojo, Mheetu and Simba do try to keep rouges away from the prideland but it is hard due to Tojo's brittle bones and Mheetu lame leg.

- Kiongozi meet Jasiri who, like Ansante before her, manage to befriend Kiongozi and tell him that she will try to take over the only male clan since males or hyenas are not suppose to lead. Jasiri and her mother's clan are currently the only clan who supports the circle of life and is allowed near the prideland. not long after, Jasiri ask the lion Guard for help since Zira's pride have taken over their water hole. Kiongozi is nearly killed by Zira when she figure out who Kiongozi is. he is saved by the Hyena clan and the lion guard who manage to hunt Zira's pride out of Jasiri's clan area and Zira decide to stay with her pride in the outland where she can train the cubs of the priderlanders to be warriors.

- Simba turns awfully protective to both of his children's when he hear that Zira is back. Kiara still manage to get to the outland where she meet Kovu who she befriend after a run-in with some crocodiles. Simba and Zira comes for both of their cubs and Zira tell Kiara that her father exiled her to a land with no food or water. she also tell Simba that Kovu is the 'chosen one' of Scar. Simba does not know who Kovu really is. after kicking Zira out of the Prideland. Simba tell Kiara that they are part of the circle of life and they are one while Zira gets angry at Nuka for not looking after Kovu when he ran off and then praises Kovu when he by accident tell he want to befriend Kiara and Zira thinks it is a brilliant plan and quickly begins his training and hype up her pride.

- Zira encourage Kovu to go to the prideland and 'befriend' Kiara. Kiara manage to get away from Timon and Pumbaa when they find food, she two have a delighted reunion with Kovu. not knowing that this is part of Zira's plan, Kiara invites Kovu to tag along with her to the western canyon, he declines, not wanting to see his own pride driven off due to he knows that his pride are making a distraction for Simba to make sure Zira's plan with Kovu works. Kiara starts to leave but she realizes that it would be much more fun to stay and play with Kovu. As the cubs are playing, they hear Pumbaa is pacing anxiously beneath a tall tree. he explains that Timon had been climbing a tree in search of grubs when he had knocked himself out and gotten his foot tangled in a vine. Kiara gets an idea. While Kovu climbs the tree to reach Timon, she clambers onto Pumbaa's back, where she instructs Kovu to chew through the vine that is suspending Timon. Kovu does so, and Timon falls safely onto Kiara's waiting back. With Timon safe, Kiara invites Kovu to accompany them to Pride Rock, but Kovu reminds her that as an Outsider, he is not welcome in the Pride Lands. The two cubs share a bittersweet goodbye, and Kiara follows her babysitters back home to Pride Rock. Timon wakes up, and Pumbaa recounts how Kiara and Kovu had saved his life. A grateful Timon suggests that they do not tell Simba about their Outsider friend, but rather mention him as a friend.
Kiara and Kovu keeps meeting in secretly  through most of heir cubhood till young teenager.

- Rafiki begins to train Makini to be the new shaman of the prideland. when Makini helps the pridelander, Rafiki is also training his nephew Nefu to be a shaman who is slightly harder to train since he try to go the easy road all the time. Rafiki hope that one of them would take his place since he is beginning to feel old after serving three generations of the Pridelands kings.

- Zira train all of the younger lions to be warrior and ban Kovu to go back to the prideland, which does leave Kiara confused and heartbroken since she does not know why Kovu stop visiting her. Zira does not know that the time Kovu spends with Kiara have soften Kovu's heart and no matter how hard she trained him to want to kill the royal lions, he cannot stop thinking on Kiara and just decided to see Simba as the enemy, not his best friend.

- two years later. the male hyena clan and few other predators who still thinks like Zira. began to attack the prideland and set the savannah around the priderock in fire due to the dry season. nobody is killed in the fire because of the lions guard quick thinking. unfortunate Kiongozi and a two of his members of his lion guard where injurie in the battle and they are forced to find another pride who is known for having healing herpes in their territory. the lion guard leave the prideland to find the Night pride. Makini joins them.

- Kiara begin on her first hunt while being spyed on by Timon and Pumbaa by Simba's order, Kiara gets angry and runs to the border of the prideland. in the meanwhile Nuka and Vitani sets the savannah in fire and trap Kiara. Zira order Kovu to save her and when Kiara comes to herself again, it takes her a little while to see that it was her cubhood friend who saved her. when Simba tries to hunt Kovu away, Kovu tells him that he left the Outlander and now is a rouge lion. they all know that Simba need more male lions into the pride so even when Simba is frustrated of the circumstance; he allow Kovu into the pride but Simba is keeping an eye on the younger male. like all other new males in the pride; Kovu is not allowed into the den the first few nights.

- Kiara and Kovu slowly begins to bond again with Kovu teaching Kiara to hunt and Kiara learn Kovu to relax a little. at night; Kiara tells Kovu about the stars and the belief of the great kings. Kovu is scared to think that Scar is up there too and He confesses that Scar wasn't his real father, he was still a part of who he is, but Kiara comfort him. As Kiara and Kovu embrace, Simba watches unseen and asks Mufasa for guidance as he is lost. Nala tells him that although Simba wants to walk the path expected of him, Kovu may not and should be given a chance. As Simba leaves with Nala to ponder this, Kovu tries to pull away from Kiara, almost confessing his part in the plot against her father. Despite Kiara's pleas, he attempts to leave but Rafiki stops them both and he begins his own plot to get them together since he have a vision about Kovu and Kiara needed to be joined. after Kovu and Kiara return home that night, Simba proves himself by inviting Kovu to sleep inside with the rest of the pride. Vitani who is instructed by Zira to spy on the Pridelander, watches Kovu give up a prime opportunity to murder Simba and reports back to Zira. Angered, Zira states that Kovu cannot betray them and moves onto another plan.

- The next day, Kovu resolves to confess his true intentions to Kiara; he is unsure if she will believe him, but has to try. Before he can do so, King Simba shows up and tells Kiara he doesn't want her talking with Kovu because he wants to talk with him with a smile. Simba takes Kovu aside for a private conversation, Simba and Kovu walk into the area that had been burned in the earlier bushfire, and Simba tells Kovu the true story of Scar and what Zira have done to the prideland. Kovu finally realizes that he has been lied to and can't stop thinking who were his real parents then, Simba reassures him that, like the green grass springing through the ash, what is "left behind can grow better than the generation before – if given the chance." Suddenly, Zira decides to take matters into her own paws and she and her pride surround Simba and Kovu and she teasingly asks Simba what he is doing out in the area "so alone". Then Zira congratulates Kovu for bringing Simba with him, Simba angrily turns on Kovu as he thinks Kovu tricked him and was behind the plan; in response, a scared Kovu truthfully denies this, but Simba won't listen to him.

Zira orders her pride to attack Simba, and Kovu immediately butts in to try and rescue Simba, only for Vitani to kick him out of the way into a rock, knocking him out. The Outsiders chase King Simba into a gorge, where he begins to scale a wall of logs to escape. Having woken up, Kovu rushes to Simba's aide and tries to help him, ignoring Zira's orders to get Simba. After Kovu runs off, Nuka, in an attempt to prove himself, impress his mother, and humiliate Kovu by follow after Simba. He manages to grab hold of Simba's leg, however, Nuka slips and is crushed by the logs. Kovu, who had watched the scene from above, tries to dig him out, but is shoved roughly aside by his mother. Zira lifts up a log to see her son barely alive. He apologizes for failing her before dying. Zira blames Kovu for Nuka's death and slashes him across the face, scarring Kovu in an identical manner to Scar. Kovu defies his mother for the first time and runs back to the Pride Lands. Zira tells the other Outsiders that Simba has turned Kovu against them and declares war.
Meanwhile, Simba has escaped, but is badly injured. Kiara, Timon, and Pumbaa find him and take him back to Pride Rock. Kiara refuses to believe that Kovu could be behind the attack. Kovu returns and begs forgiveness. Simba refuses and exiles him. Simba forbids Kiara to leave Pride Rock without an escorted and says that he knows that Kovu is following in Scar's paw prints and that he must follow in his own father's. Kiara tells her father that he will never be Mufasa before fleeing Pride Rock and goes searching for Kovu. As she is about to give up, Kovu appears and the two are reunited. Kovu wants to leave the Prideland and start a new pride with her. Kiara know they have to go back and stop the fighting between the two prides.
The Outsiders march on the Pride Lands. King Simba leads his lionesses to meet them, and the two prides fight. As the fighting grow intense, Zira steps in to finish Simba off herself. Kiara and Kovu leap in between them. Kiara pleads with her father to stop the feud and tells him that a wise king once told her "we are one," and that there is no 'they' or 'us,' but "they are us." Zira orders Vitani to attack, but she refuses, telling her that Kiara is right about this, and switches sides. In response, Zira furiously replies that if she will not fight, she will die. In extreme shock and disgust at Zira's true horrid nature, the other Outsiders immediately change sides, which surprises and confuses Zira, who orders her former pride to come back. Zira tries to attack Simba again saying to herself that "this is for Scar", but Kiara interferes, sending them both over the cliff. Kiara lands on a jutting rock, but Zira continues to slide down towards the raging river. Nala warns Simba about the river as he is trying to save Kiara from Zira. Kiara extends her paw to try and pull Zira up, but the bitter lioness, like Scar, is unable to let go of her hate and falls to her death. Simba announces that he was wrong about Kovu and invites the Outsiders back home. All the animals in the kingdom gather as King Simba, Queen Nala, Princess Kiara, and Prince Kovu roar proudly on top of Pride Rock, with the lionesses following suit.

- Kiongozi returns back to the Prideland just in time to hear his parents and sister roar in victory. the Outlanders is told by the Pridelanders that most of them used to be cubs of some of them. Tama and Mheetu tell Vitani and Fayola that they are their parents. both younger lioness are surprised to hear they are siblings but is also happy to have a family. Kula is still too damaged to face her living cubs so it is Siel who tell Kovu, Laila and Bisa they are siblings. Kovu is delighted to hear the two older lioness are his family but is sad to see what Zira have done to his real mother. it is a slow process, but he manage to be part of Kula's life again.
