he is still a fighter even in his older years and still train alot of younger ice dragons in the ability in hitting hard and effective.
Toshiro is bit of a fumble-head with words so he normally shuts up in battle so he look more intimidating.

outside of battle, it is good to have a little patience with him due to mixing words with each others.
he is also one of the dragons who have learned to harness the power of the world around him. for some reason he is very secretive around where he got his very colourful magical ability.

he also try to talk Spyro into be a dragon Elder when he gets older, Spyro is still unsure about that.

under Red's betrayal he were encase in dark ice crystals in some sort of slumber while his harness magic were sucked out of him.
he were freed by Spyro's allies
