Welcome to a new little feature of this page, the "40 Minute Challenge", somewhat inspired by a friend here at DA.
It works this way: each Saturday (except for the first drawing of the series and weeks in which I haven't a free Saturday i'll post a new digital artwork made in a single timed 40 minute session, as an exercise in both technique and immagination.
The artwork will be posted with the challenge tag at whatever state it is after exactly 40 minutes since challenge starts, but I may decide of continuing some later and post also the updated version if you want to see more or if i just feel like it.

For the first attempt, I figured it would be good to start out with some Lovecraft... maybe this time I could never truly finished, though. It IS an inconceivable primeval deity, after all.
BTW, see ya this Saturday for the next one.
