If you read descriptions and you come across this, please read this. So, I never was into creed, back then or now a days, really. But I had a best friend in high school who was head to toe a big fan of the band "Creed" he even brought me to my first ever concert back in the day... you guessed it, Creed. Finger Eleven even opened up for them. Had an absolute blast, I think 5 of us went. Anyways He was a saint, a beautiful human being. He even adopted a young boy later on in life. Would help you out if you were in need. But in time sometimes friends grow apart and that's exactly what happened between the two of us. I would invite him to all types of events. He just never had the time for me anymore after we graduated. I'm not sure why, I had my own opinions, but I'll keep them to myself. I don't want to tarish anyone's name without knowing the truth and no I don't believe it was him, I think someone else was pulling the strings. Well last year around August I found out that he has passed away. He was fighting cancer in the last 6 months of he's life and never told me anything, not one word. I had to find out about he's passing through he's wife. I was so saddened but especially angry. Angry to the fact he didn't tell me anything. ... Anyways I wanted to do something in he's honor and well, since he really loved the band, Creed and after seeing Creed III in theaters. I thought of this mash-up. This is actually the second time I worked on this. the first time, didn't come out so well. I'm not madly in love with it, but I think it came out well enough to give it some justice and to give you the idea that was in my mind. So I leave you with this. My Creed vs Creed mash-up in honor of my best friend from high school, Kenny Mathews. You will be forever missed, and I can't believe you're no longer on this earth. I was hoping to catch up with you one day, but that day never came and so I'm stuck forever without closure of what happened between us. Rest in peace my friend.
