Okay, back in the day. Probably around the PS2 and the original Xbox days. There was a game called Def Jam : Fight for NY and I played it over and over again. I love it! It was a fighting game. You had all these known rappers in it and there were two crews in the game. (Spoiler Alert) In the story mode your custom made character ends up saving D-Mod and you eventually join he’s crew. You end up fighting your way through this circuit getting the attention of Snoop Dogg and he’s crew; D-Mod’s Rival. Anyways you end up fighting through Snoop Dogg’s crew at the end (Just to make a long story short) and if you don’t know by now. I love hip hop, but my heart lays in heavy metal and I’ve always thought what if they made a heavy metal version of this game and I could have chosen Nuclear Blast or Trustkill, But when I got into heavy metal, I got into Roadrunner Records as well. So I chose them for my vision of this concept. With Ozzy Osbourne of Black Sabbath in the role of Snoop Dogg’s Character and Dave Mustaine of Megadeth in the role of D-Mod’s Character.

The list of both crews and all the circuit fighters is big. So when making this concept. I wanted to put together a list of my own just to get my point though. Right now this is my second attempt of Ozzy’s and Dave’s crew. The lists of the characters of both crews are so big that I’m trying my best to stay in the original theme of Def Jam’s game with some few exceptions. In the Def Jam game the women are more neutral (circuit fighters) that’s one thing I wanted to change in my concept. In my vision I had women in the crews. Another thing I wanted to add to my concept, I wanted to place old school heavy metal characters with the more modern heavy metal characters and there so many icons, legends, & pioneers of heavy metal, I might not be able to fit everyone that I want in. Hope you like this. The only piece I have to work on now is the circuit fighters and yet again, although I do have a lot of ideas for it. Give me time to release it. I haven’t even started on it.

Yet again, When making this concept. I did very little research when making this. But one thing I do know of, for some reason there is a on going feud with Philip LaBonte of the band All That Remains and Paolo Gregoletto of the band Trivium. I'm not sure how it started but I believe Paolo started it, But Philip is not backing down. Matter of fact, Somewhere on YouTube Philip made a vid calling out Paolo and when putting this concept together, I wasn't going to put Paolo in my concept because in my opinion (no offense) But I think Paolo is expendable. I just don't think there is anything special about him. So in he's place, I put Matt Heafy. Also I would like to add, In my concept. Philip LaBonte has hair!!
