I think you have that feeling because she is wearing a formal dress and she is in what appears to be a castle or palace of some sort. Those two things give the appearance of being from the time of royal courts and ladies in waiting. Beautifully done, she looks so elegant and regal.

beautiful hun, I think perhaps the reason she reminds you of a lady in waiting is her style of outfit, meaning the cut and style not so much the colors but the way it is put together
