Sorry, no idea. Maybe you can find that information on Google. You need a program able to open the PSD file and work with layers. I think that Gimp is able to work with layers, but dunno if it could open the PSD file. Maybe there could be a solution that a Photoshop user like me could take the PSD file, undo the layers you dont need (like the word "base" etc.) and send it to you as a GIF for you to be able to work with Gimp on it. Is GIMP able to open the GIF files?

and Yes. Gimp is able to open Gifs. *thats how i make my Stamps* xP
and.... my sister was the one who wanted one *idk what she wanted - she used my Account till she was able to make her one* then she showed me the base and asked what a PSD file was..etc. and then commented. and.....

Yup, I do. You need a program like WinRAR (do you have Windows?). RAR is something like a ZIP file, its like an archive containing other files, for example pictures. And dont be sorry, Im glad I can be helpful.
