Out of all the Sonic Charaters I've seen out there Tails is by far the best there is.

fine, but I seriously know nothing about different drawing techniques or anything like that.
i cant complain about anything else, both because there is nothing to complain about, but also because i cant do anything close to this for my life.
i cant spot any mistakes from my experience of...wait, oh right i have none.
i just thought the happy clashed with a more serious theme in the background, although i have no idea what this picture "theme" is or whatever, i dont even know if there is one intented.
you seem to be very serious about this, so sorry for not waiting. i will remove it from my favorites

Nice drawing of Tails, but I like the backgrounds a lot, too. I like your drawing technique; nice and simple. I think that smoothing the shadow lines would help... and I see no mistakes.
