(And now I'm noticing that I forgot the stripe on his tail sorry, but I hope it doesn't bother you Jony)
But I hope that you like this little piece of art and I had a lot of fun doing it.

Fafnir: This is a very tricky one. But actually not that hard. It's the letter "e". Ari, do you know when whe arrive? Not that I like this little riddle contest that we have here, but I worry that we might miss our destination.

Anyway, My first is a creature who's breeding is unclear, my second a price you must pay. My wholecan be found in the river of Time, and refers to an event of today.
(Truth be told, that was my guess. I have never heard of it. But I know words are powerful and can do great harm or great good.

Please wait a moment. *shifts back into human based form* Now, as for how I bring rain, I can show you if you like. I actually control of forms of water, so that might give you a clue. Isabellza and myself were planning of traveling to bring rain to another place. Do you wish to come? And yes, I do have a sister. Well, she is more my best friend but we are so close we consider each other sisters. Her name is Izabellza and she has a habit of sneaking up on people.
