My first request! Yaey! I'm a happy little lizardI made this for jonythedragon.deviantart.com/ , please check him out, he is a very good artist
(And now I'm noticing that I forgot the stripe on his tail sorry, but I hope it doesn't bother you Jony)
But I hope that you like this little piece of art and I had a lot of fun doing it.

Jailea: So I think, with you and Ari, four horses.

Aza: Sweet! *bounds off, whistling happily*
Ari: And make sure you saddle Anoight!
Aza:*shouts back* Yeah sure! You can't go anywhere without her can you!?
Ari: Nope! Gah, Anolight is my shire horse. I swear, she's built for ever single terrain there is. Be it snow, mud, rain, heat, storms, mountain, plain, forest...she rules it all. Before she really goes off to saddle our steeds, is there any preferences? Different horses have different skills.

Rose: Actially, I don't have any preferences. And I don't plan to ride the whole way.
Jailea: Me too. Exept the part with the riding. I need the horse the whole way.

Aza:*bellows from the stables* GOOD! BECASUE YOUR GETTING GEO AND CHASE, LIKE IT OR NOT!
Ari: Geo and Chase, good choices. Don't ask me how she heard, becasue I don't know. But trust me, both are good steeds. So Rossy, I'll finally get to see your secondary form hmm? That's good. I can't wait to tease Fafnir over it.

Rose: Rossy? That's a strange nickname for me but yes, you get to see it.
Jailea: Do we need something else? Food, something warm to wear?

Ari: Hmmm, come to think of it, that might be useful actually. You see, I'm used to just running in blind. As long as I have flight, scales, and my water, I'm good. So, do you need to be given anything, or do you simply need to go get your things?

Jailea: I think a little bit food wouldn't hurt. But I get my Daggers and Rose, should I get your Bow ans Sword as well?
Rose: That would be kind. You don't go offten on any adventure, do you? It's actually normal to plan anything before you go.

Ari: Uuuuummm, well, I'm not her aside from the week or so for the festival or the time I bring rain. So yeah, my whole life is one massive adventure.
Aza:*gallops up on a white grey mare* All done! The others are waiting on the western outskirts. So better hurry up!

Rose: I wouln't say a massive adventure. It's our duty to bring the rain.
Jailea: Could we discus that on the way?

Ari: Sure! Well, the way I see it, is that if your life should be one massive adventure, filled with ups and down. That is what makes you alive, and living the life that was given to you. If you have to go looking for adventures, your not really alive. Even though I bring rain, I still encounter new things everywhere I go. After all 'life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain.
Aza:*follows them at a walk* Yup!

Rose: I agree with you. but you allways need to be carefull if you are not, the wind may take you with him. So dance with caution. And sometimes a well deserved rest helps you regaining you strengh.

Ari: What do you thin the festival is for? Why do you think I appear here to celebrate it?
Aza: Uuuuh becasue we can and it's so take a break?
Ari: Yup.
Aza: So, I don't think I've asked this before, but what do you like doing best?

Rose: What we like doing best? Well I love archery and I love to sing.
Jailea: I like to write sories, to sleep and to eat... yeah not that exiting but I like doing it.

Aza: You like writing stories do you? Now that's cool! Can I see some when we get back?
Ari: Aza, do be mindful of the privacy of others.

Jailea: *laughers* I have no problem with that! I can show them to you if I find my book where they are all writen down.

Aza: Cool! I can't wait! *her horse snorts and tosses her head, feeding off Aza's excitement. Aza bursts into giggles and starts cooing at her steed.*
Ari:*rolls eyes* Aza and her horses....Well, I think my favourite this is the happiness that radiates from the people of the many lands when they see the rain clouds I bring. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing the happiness you cause.

Rose: Both have the same personality *starts laughing as well* But yes I can imagen that. In my home country, we celebratet the first days of spring. there where allways a greate feast, with dancing and singing. But I think not as big as your celebration. But this was one of the most beutifull moments in the entire year. you could see how happy those people where.

Ari:*smiles* That does sound amazing. Truly lovely.
Aza: Ari! Look at what I just found I can do!
Ari:*turns and looks back* Hmm?
Aza:*closes eyes and focuses, and a crown of vines and bright flowers sprout on her horses main and tail, a decoration of the tropics.* Cool huh?
Ari:*laughs* Very good Aza! You're learning. *laughs harder at the expression of her horse, who was now prancing and tossing her mane as if to say, 'look at me! And beautiful!'*

Rose: It allways was. And oh my god! This looks so beautifull!! I can't quiete tell, but I think the horse like's it as well. *joint the laughter and goes to her horse*
Jailea: I think this would be a nice passage to read in the story. *start also laughing*

Ari: Well, Paradise was always a show off, she loves the decorations. Has always loved wearing tassels, and bright flowers and jewels. *shakes head* And I had no idea a horse could be like that.
Aza: Anyway, Rosey, you're on Geo,*points to a light bay gypsy vanner who tossed her head in greeting* And 'lea is on Chase!*points to the piebald Arab* Both are amazing rides.

Rose: Allright. And Paradise has the personality of a dragon to me *bursting out in laughter* No offence Ari.
Jailea: I didn't also know that horses can be like that. but hey, everday a new suprise.

Paradise:*snorts and stamps a hoof on the ground, flicking her tail*
Ari: None taken! I've always thought Aza spoils her horse....Aza.
Aza: What! Who doesn't like a bit of pampering!?
Ari:*giggles and swings onto her shire Anolight, a palamino mare who was watching them all with a look of wisdom, like an old village healer lady would as she gazed upon the young naive children she told stories to* Anolight on the other hand, doesn't really care how she looks, and just like me, she loves water. Don't you girl?
Anolight:*huffs gently, nodding slightly*

Rose: Horses are marvelous creatures, aren't they? Trustworthy and loyal to one. But I personaly prefer cats.
Jailea: I wonder where this comes from *giggles softly*

Geo:*neighs and rears up, swishing his tail excitedly*
Aza:*pauses in her cooing* He wants you to shift. Go, run with him. He's gearing to go and play.
Anolight:*rolls eyes and snorts, shaking her head to the side that plainly said, 'younglings. Playful fools, once one, always will be.'
Ari:*smiles at her horses antics, then gently nudging her into a walk.* Up on her high horse 'Lea. We're off. Rosey, shift now and go play.

Rose: You want me to shift?
Jailea: Come on Rose! I think Aza, wants to see you second form more than anyone else. *starts laughing*
Rose: Is that so, Aza? Because I think that the horse is just exited to go for a ride.

Aza:*shakes head* Uuuuh, hello? I hear nature. Remember? And horses know everything, and Geo knows you're not human. But yes. Jailea is right, I wanna see your other form! Same with Geo, he likes to run without a rider to start off with.
Ari:*sighs and hums a soft tune, the steady rhythm of Anolight slowly slipping into sync as she starts to increase in volume, ending up full out singing a merry tune in a soft, sweet and down right stunning voice.*

Rose: It's almost adorable to see you like this. Maybe I wait, with the shifting just to see you struggle. *giggles a little bit, but then turns around and streches* Or maybe I just shift now and let you see the beauty of the winter. *Rose streches again and falls down. Her frames shakes and her blonde hair turns wite. After a few moments she has turned into a big snow leopard and stars at every one with cristal blue eyes.*
Jailea: It's actually quite surpising that she has waited so long. Normaly she chain every day into this form. And what was that for a song?

Aza:*stares at Rose* COOL! So so so so cool! Thatissoamazing! So so so pretty!
Geo:*trots up to her and lowers his head, sniffing the snow leopard in front of him. Satisfied, her pulls his head up, them trots away and looks back, inviting Rose to run with him.*
Ari:*pauses in her singing and gazes at Rose* You are very beautiful Rose. You should be in this form more oftern. It suits you.
Aza: You should totally run with Geo!

Jailea: Like I sayed. She normally is more often in this form, but here comes the downside. She can't talk as a cat. But she will make herself clear and try to show us what she want to say.
Rose: *looks to Geo und runs immediatly past him*

Geo:*rears up with a loud neigh and starts chasing her, gaining rapidly on her and slowing to match her pace.*
Ari: I don't mind.
Aza:*giggles and spurs Paradise into a fullout gallop*
Ari:*sighs happily and continues walking* You at more them welcome to join them, if you want.

Jailea: *looks at them all* Well I like horses but I'm not a good rider. So yea I think I stick with you for the moment.

Ari: Okay. You can trust Chase. She won't go anywhere you don't want to go. *continues humming happily, Anolight pacing herself to the rhythm*

Jailea: What are you humming? I mean I know a lot of songs through Fafnir, Ai and Rose but those you sing. I never heard of them.

Ari:*laughs* They are the songs on my homelands, songs of those before me. If you have never been here before, and I highly doubt you have been. These lands, *sweeps a hand, gesturing to the sunny and crisp grass lands and forests.* these lands are called Hei'lo'mala. It means home of our heart. Those that live here, and tied to the land in someway. In many ways, the land is alive. It gives, and gives, and gives. In return, we give it care, water, love, respect, and most importantly, happiness and pride. We create the songs I sing from the songs the land sings. We move with the land, we flow with it. Everything in in harmony, and I guard it all.

Jailea: Sounds like a statement you would recieve from an elf. I know of what I'm speaking eventhou I'm a dark elf, like my brother. but the lands can song many songs. But it's just amazing, when all come together. The whistling foice of the wind and the dark crecks of the forest. but not all songs are good. Nature as you know can me a dangerous place. So you must have some wild songs to.

Ari: Prehaps I do. But those are not for me to share. But I can share one. It's more of a poem really.
"we flow through the wind,
when the tide reaches the rocks,
when the sea tears the dust away,
and the forces of both beasts locks.
We fly with the storm,
when the sea touches the sky,
when the land creates a bane from you,
we are sharp, strong, and sly.
Gone is the peace that was,
gone with the stars and light,
gone is the beauty of us,
We prowl and hunt the night.
A deadly force that controls,
two raging beasts that whisper,
a simple call that chills the bone,
A simple cry that could not be crisper.
To be strong and swift and deadly,
to be the call of the wild,
to be the fear that we all hide,

Jailea: That was quite beautifull. You need to tell it to Ai! I'm shure that she will make a great song out of it. Her voice is just like the one of an angel. But what was that poem about? Tempest? The forve of nature itself?

Ari: Thank you. The thing is, no one knows where this poem comes from. We know it, we speak of it, but we just knew it. We never read it, or saw it. It's just one of those things that is...it just exists. Some think that because of the many mentions of the sea, it is of some demons that come and feed of the land, others think it is to me.

Ari: We could....when I say we, I mean those that belong to the land. Those that live here have different opinions about what it means. As for what I think....I think it refers to Le'cumins. After all, you can cont use it at high tide. There is another poem, that refers to a land of fire and earth. Would you like to hear it?
(the poem is one of mine, and I made of for my home land, Australia. It is entirely certered around it. I did it in an hour or so. Across a night and morning.)

Ari:*takes a deep breathe and begins in a haunting tone*
Deep down under
where the winds,
stale and dry.
Cracking the ground
ripping it open
exposing the under to the sky.
Deep down under
where the sun,
stains and brands.
The colours bleaches
things from rocks
to soft, pale and hard sands.
Deep down under
where the sea,
fluxes and flows.
pushing and pulling
the ground away
but unable to touch the rose.
Deep down under
where the iron,
twists and blossoms.
Clawing at the
brittle stone earth
trying to form strong sturdy columns.
Deep down under,
where the strain,
unforgiving and merciless.
is beat from
its sure throne
to become the crying, broken verbalist.
Deep down under
where the toils,
long and hard.
lay empty, forgotten
but nonetheless alive
raising the surface, piece by shard.
Deep down under
where the labors,
complete and banished,
allows those that
finished, exiled them
to rest to go to vanish.
Deep down under
where dust blows,
swooping and swirling.
It whips up
a fierce storm,
Constantly blowing, dancing, twisting and curling.
Deep down under
where the Rose
burning and glaring
stares upon beasts
and birds alike,
But giving up at darkness daring.
What lies deep
down under all,
Submerged covered living
Is a beautiful
shimmering solid land,
that proves it's worth by giving.

Jailea: *is silent for a couple of moments, trying to find her voice again* This was just beautifull. Like a combination of everything, wind, sea and sky. Fafnir may sing some good pub and drinking songs, Ai have such a beautifull voice when she sings and Rose is in between those two. But this... this was asthonishing! I never heard of such a song before.
(I think everything is said. This is just great! The rhyming, the verse and the end give me the chills.)

(Thank you! You see, Australia was quite rich with Iron, before it was all mined. And another name for Australia is Down under. The land of down under. Another fun fact, I'm not actually Australian. I was born here, but my dad was born is New Zealand, and my grandmother is from Scotland. My grandparents on my dads side are from England, so I'm only second generation Australian. My mum was born here.)

(All thinks I didn't know! God why don't we have such interessting stuff in scholl... But New Zealand and Scrotland? you are the combination of the plases of earth I want to visit! Okay i was in Scotland already and Irland is there too on my list. But I trully want to visit New Zealand! And come to think of it... I have no idea where my family is from. Well mostly bavaria but that's all I know ^^')

(You want to go there!? Cool! I've actually only been once, but it's amazing! It's so green and cool. We went to Mount Ruapehu, and that was awesome! I'd totally go there again, once I work up the courage to go by plane. I have a slight fear of them. Don't know why. And I'm going to Scotland next year too!)

Through the valley
and over the hills
at the land afar,
she's singing in trills
and dancing,
amid the swaying grass.
She's dancing in the moonlight,
she's chirping in the sun,
never sleeping
never weeping,
but living days that come.
Her songs that sweep
the barren lands,
breathe life and spirit lost,
bringing warmth
and shining light,
whilst banishing the cold cold frost.
Though they
never hear her,
and her lilting voice,
she still remains
when nothings to gain,
always of her choice.
Still she stays in place
dancing
and enchanting,
never stating
but ever waiting,
for those that hear her voice.
Travel to the land afar,
where black and ash
dirt linger,
you will find the spirits
that met their
eternal bringer.
Where she dances,
steps and swirls
green uncurls
and blossoms,
rushing up and greeting,
the one that swoops and twirls.
Follow the newborn path,
the one that
shines with light,
and you will find
the one that listens
and delivers forgotten life.
Walk up to her but wait,
she dances on a hill,
still chirping and
ever singing
in her sweet tones
and trills.
You simply need to listen,
to watch and
stare and stand
for she'll stop and
take your hand,
bringing you along her journey.
You dance among the grasses
swaying to the breeze,
the song of life your rhythm,
your meaning
your purpose
your ease.
Now go and run for the sun,
this newborn land afar,
is your new
place of peace,
the one where you are
who you are.

(Are we speaking now of Ireland or New Zealand? I'm confussed ^^' But yea.. plains... I don't like them eather. But scotland ih a beautifull place! With his mountains and fields. And the sheep are just everywhere! XD And the people (my family and I where on a bed&breakfeast tour) are so nice if you understand them XD the scottish accent is just a nighmare to understand. But I want to do them. It's one of the best accents there is in my oppinion.)

(Ahhh.. okay. Sorry ^^' I need couple of hours after I stood up, that my brain is fully functional XD And about the accents when I try to do a normal sentence I suck but when I copy something Dain/Billy Connoly or Bofur/James Nesbitt sayed then it's fluent ^^')
Jailea: My homeland?! Well that coud be funny... My brother and I where kicked out of our hometown for some reasons. Let's just say that we where a little bit different than the normal Dark Elfes and the other didn't like that to much. But my homeland is something I really miss. My people live under the trees, not like the normal Elfes. And it's true that the dark ones are more cunning but where have nothing against outsiders or something like that. Our songs are also more darker. Because if you visit my homeland you think it's allways dusk or dawn. Never day or night. It's such a strange place and this reflects in our poetry and songs.
