Personality: True in her current state is an extremely bitter bartender in Magic and Music. Most ponies stay away from her, as she greatly dislikes other ponies despite owning a bar. However, she socializes with her customers very often, and many non-regulars don't realize that she owns the place. She's over-talkative and overuses swears. If she's had enough alcohol, she can get aggressive, but she genuinely doesn't mean to hurt anypony. She just... doesn't care.

History: True Colors, prior to obtaining her cutie mark, was a very soft-spoken, kindhearted pony. The young mare was known by her family, classmates, teachers and friends as an artist, and a pretty good one at that. While she never believed them, over time, she learned to appreciate her own creations, which granted her the winged pencil cutie mark she currently has, representing that moment in which her creativity took flight and she grew able to self criticize and improve upon her own art more than she could before.

As she got older, though, her crippling anxiety started to set in as she suddenly felt pressure from every angle to start doing something with her life. Her grades dropped. She stopped trusting her friends. She lost motivation to create. Time passed, and as she continued falling through her life, she succumbed to the fact that she would never be able to fully live out the dream represented in her cutie mark. She grew withdrawn from everypony she met or knew, and she grew bitter, never trusting anypony. Alcoholism set in, and she frequented a bar called Cloud Nine, meeting three ponies named Clubstep, Whiskey, and Moon Shine, who to this day are her closest friends.

Once Cloud Nine closed down three years after she began frequenting it, she and her group bought the lot the bar was in and took it over under the new name of Magic and Music. With the funds she gained from the bar, she wears suits and tuxedos to hide her cutie mark... and also because she really likes suits and tuxedos.

Magic and Music: Magic and Music is a small bar that has grown into one of the biggest bars in Manehattan currently located just outside of Trot Square. It's a one-room, dimly lit area with a stage for musical performances. The bar doesn't serve much food, but is still a very popular bar nonetheless with its signature customer-access DJ booth which is mostly run by Clubstep when nopony else is using it. Most of the employees are True's friends in some way, and all care for one another like family. Also they'll kick you out without hesitation if you're being a nuisance.
