Description #03 – Keeping it Simple

He couldn't remember whether it was sunny, raining, or snowing when he awoke to his undeath in the graveyard, or what his tombstone looked like or what it said, or if he'd been resurrected in a graveyard in the first place and not some mad scientist's laboratory – though in all honesty he felt for sure he would have remembered something like that, and figured the very notion was borne of being companion to one Hanna Falk Cross. Though in reality, either scenario should have proven to be a memorable experience, both horrifying in their own right, and on both accounts he cared very little about remembering which one it could have been {though his money was on the graveyard and not the lab}.

Hanna was insatiably curious about the whole scenario, but oddly enough didn't agree with the joke about the undead having been an experimental resurrection; Hanna had laughed about it at first, then got a thoughtful expression on his face, a rare thing indeed, and said, "Nah, you're not some crazy Frankenstein monster, that's just TOO weird for you. I mean YEAH it'd be TOTALLY awesome if you had Frankenstein superpowers or whatever it is those guys can do—" – which the zombie was fairly sure was absolutely no powers at all except fall in love or become a decent if monotone butler – "— and technically you're already a totally boss bodyguard, but I dunno, I just can't picture mad science happening to res you, ya?"

He went on after a small moment of silence between the two, saying, "It's kinda sad to think of you waking up alone in a graveyard, but I'm pretty glad you wound up here anyway," then he laughed, nervous, and quickly waved his hand, "man, is that selfish or what?"

I'm still not big into this fandom (haha, I just can't get into fandoms that aren't either closed or so large and sprawling that it doesn't matter) but it seemed pretty spot-on for Hanna from what I can tell. Just because he's a bit of a spaz doesn't mean he's incapable of introspection.

Aww, I like it. ^^ And man, geez, it really is only 5 sentences, isn't it? Haha that's pretty awesome.
And I think you got Hanna spot-on with this one, so no worries.

I don't think you made Hanna too introspective. I honestly think the whole childish spaz thing is just a cover.
